Room was a bit stark - no rugs, no art on the walls. The sounds of guests on the floor above me were quite loud - moving furniture, feet stomping, etc. I got the impression more sound proofing was needed. Location is beautiful but not close to anything. Only one restaurant available.

Far location , you need a car to move , or you can eat at a restaurant in front of the hotel or cook The water was cut during the day, the hotel informed us during the check-in about this in advance

Most of the house was impeccably clean but I told the staff when I checked in my son would be sleeping on the sofa unfortunately we were not given any sheets pillows or blankets to make his bed and when we opened the bed we found it filthy. There were crumbs from what looked like bread that had been eaten and a dirty bottom sheet. My son decided to sleep on top of the sofa instead of opening it and after my second request we were granted a blanket and a pillow but no sheets. The sofas were clearly old had a faint smell and creaked when you sat on them.... Definitely not what you would expect for a place of this calibre. The room we had was well stocked with toilet paper and towels but getting replenishment of these was difficult . Staff was incredibly friendly but it required more than one request to get basic things that we needed. The master bedroom was equipped with 6 pillows on the bed very spacious and I was told that it was comfortable however we stayed in a side bedroom that only had one pillow per bed and was incredibly small the beds were extremely uncomfortable And we did not sleep well the entire time we were there. There is a television in the living room and the master bedroom however the other rooms had no televisions. The bedrooms also lacked small tables by the beds lamps and or waste bins to get rid of your trash. I think these small adjustments could make a big difference in someone's day at this beautiful place. The rooms are not well appointed but the curtains are absolutely gorgeous and high-end lots of missed opportunities to finish out the experience ... These showers are very small and awkwardly positioned water and are unbearably leaks all over the floor If you were not very careful there's also a black grate over the drain and when you stand on it it rocks back and forth my feeling was that we should not stand on it however it was tough not to do so as that is where the water came down on your head.

The pool is epic truly beautiful overlooking the mediterranean as you swim. The pool itself is actually quite beautiful on par with something you'd see at a Britt's Carlton much thought is put in to the plan from the deck chairs to the infinity pool 2 Beautiful tiles lining the walls. The buildings themselves are also quite gorgeous and very reminiscent of the place you are in Moroccan mediterranean very classic and beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and available 24 hours 7 days a week The grounds are kept beautifully very lush green and very clean! The kitchens are perfectly stocked for a long-term stay very good quality dishes and acoutrements. The refrigerator is a great size and there is a washer and a line to dry your suits and towels. Security is great here! The guards are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week they check each car that comes in and out of the facility and we felt extremely safe here. The location is great as you are far enough away from the big city to feel Peaceful and relaxed yet only a 7 minute car ride to the hustle and bustle of the Medina in Tangier. There is a very expensive restaurant across the street by Moroccan standards with substandard food however you should go there at least once get some coffee or a juice and enjoy the view It is truly epic. There are many markets within walking distance to get bottled water yogurt and other snacks for family and children. This is a conservative area of Morocco surprisingly and it's best for women to swim and at least shorts. I would say at least 95% of the women we saw were wearing he job even when they swam. Wearing American bathing suits may be a little racy and draw attention to you. The bathrooms are stocked with wonderful toiletries that smell incredible And we all enjoyed the very cold air conditioning!

No breakfast, it there is a nice restaurant just in front of the hotel. The location is outside the city. So you should either have a car or plan to stay between the hotel and the beach.

The apartment was brand new and very comfortable. You can rarely have such a quality in a beach resort, be it in Morocco or elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, from the receptionists to security and to the cleaning staff. The gym and the pools were really great. There is a beautiful beach 1.5 Km away called Playa Blanca.

Garden view is not much of a view

I would like to have the items that are listed in our reservation to be in the apartement. For example, there was no coffee machine, no clothes for the kitchen and before our arrival, they know we are 4 persons. Therefore, there should have 4 towels. We had to go back and forth eveything we realized something missing. Overall, it was good since we were only staying 1 night.

We checked in at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. We got food while we waited and came back and had to request another cleaner to come in as some things were missed. One quickly came back and did a thorough job. Although the rooms are nice, there isn’t really extra stuff like clocks on the nightstands or even lamps. There aren’t a lot of food options in walking distance. The restaurant across the street isn’t great and it’s a busy road to walk on to get to a market. Recommend going into town (Tangier) for food and groceries.

The staff is friendly, the pool is nice and the views are great. There is a lot of space- we stayed in the four bedroom apartment and had a normal balcony and a rooftop, both with great views. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The location is nice because it’s quiet and just about a 15 min drive to Tangier.

Good location. Beautiful ocean views and within walking distance from beaches, good restaurant right down the street and hiking trails. They also offer horse riding trails. The apartment was big and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
