Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumVery neat hotel, close to a reliable tram stop. The rooms are very large for a decent price. The hotel has a varied breakfast and also a pool/spa, which is quite nice. The only downside was the fact that we had to leave the pool before closing time, no explanation was given and some things malfunctionned.

When I booked I chose a room that looked like it had big window with a city view, but our room had a small window no view. I should have asked for a different room-but was very tired and just wanted to rest. Not sure if they would have changed it for us.
Very comfortable bed. Fresh clean hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities. Right on the tram line, so easy to get around the city. Lovely bathroom. Used the car service to get to the airport and it was a spacious and clean vehicle.

AustraliaAbit far from the busy part of town, the pool was at an extra charge (650 MAD or 65 euro for 2 people for 45 minutes) with no option to just use pool without the hydra massage component. No balcony in room, just windows which open up.
Modern, new and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, good air con, elevators. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Germanythe gym was in a poor state, there were no towels, for example. you could technically get towels from the Spa, but only when the spa was open (at 11:00), I needed up buying some towels. the pool costs extra, and the price is hilariously high.
the stuff is very very friendly and always looking for solutions. it is not near the center, but near enough that distance to everything doesn’t inhibit trips.

New spotless and centrally located .The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp.Breakfast was good with lots of options.The staff was very helpfull. I arrived late and the reception staff, Ayoub and Hasna Adil and Hicham were very welcoming and helpful. They did all they could to organise a spa session at the hotel's hammam even though it was almost closing. Oumayma from the spa team was very skilled and gave me a relaxing treatment .It was great to relax after traveling and to be ready for work the day after.
