We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The suite was very nice with an amazing view. The breakfast was good, after I learned on the second day that you can order omelet und freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff is very friendly.

This is a Moroccan corporate hotel with a conference centre, so it has good facilities, the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff professional. The continental buffet breakfast was excellent and you can ask for an omelette as well

Moroccothe breakfast was not as expected, the value of the amount paid and the hotel name doesn’t match the breakfast. and the swimming pool was dirty. and most importantly if someone is smoking on the balcony next to you the smell gonna be all over your room.
the hotel location was convenient and the staffs were lovely. they did not have a baby crib however but the rooms were clean and spacious. the toilets were clean and the beds were comfortable. i would recommend it

United StatesThere was no spa, no fitness center, no store and very few waiters spoke English. The restaurant was nice but the cook was not the best. Food was better every place outside of the hotel. The wifi was unreliable and very limited. The room was mediocre. The curtains were always falling off the track and the furniture was stained. The furniture on the balcony was also broken.
The staff was friendly. The entrance, lobby and grounds are beautiful.

MoroccoThe bad increase in the second stay. 1- No tissues in the rooms. 2- AC is not working just the fan. 3- No baby cribs. Now to the breakfast : 1- Nothing special in it. 2- They are using the knife for onion to cut oranges and cucumber. 3- Cucumber juice taste lik onion as well. 4- Coffe is made in water heater not in a coffee machine. 5- Old croissant.
That's my second stay in here. So what's good I have said it in the first review.

QatarVery upsetting to know a big hotel like that have not extra beds and card machine to pay. And the employees were just frozen at their place and no help was provided payed 150euro for 2 nights with a very low category service. When I asked for extra bed they just tried to sell an extra room that I don’t need , the room was big and 2 kids can fit in in all cases . I will not recommend this hotel to any one and I advise you go to a furnished appartement with 20€ a night and it is very very good design , area , furniture and safety
