I think that this hotel should do more effort about the food in breakfast buffet. As it’s 4 stars hotel, the food is not appropriate for this kind of clean and good hotels. For example coffee is not real coffee is just powder, there is no large choices in sweets and vinoiserie.. I took only omelette with paprika, as it was the only good & healthy thing I liked. Also there is no large choices about juices, most are not natural.

It’s dated and needs a little care and attention in places. Some of the workers could be a little more friendly and not so rude.

I liked that the property was close to the beach, 3-4 minute walk. Also the hotel has a pool which was always quiet.

The gym equipment is pretty enough, just the fact that it is dirty.. Sometimes during the night there was a party close by. Till 1am. Take some earplugs with you

Sometimes, not enough cutlery at meal times..No safe in the room. No 'Do Not disturb sign' in the room..juice machine at breakfast, sometimes the mix of water and juice is not quite right. Likewise on last day, hot chocolate was basically brown water. Single beds are comfortable but smaller than normal single beds.

Pool, Gym, decent half board considering the reasonable price. Good location. Doesn't open up onto the beach but 5-6min walk to the beach. In an ideal location for access to the best part of the seafront promenade. Good atmosphere in the pool area. Great lighting. Nice balcony. Comfy pillows. Bidet in bathroom is helpful. Good communication with staff.

If you're expecting the 4-star ratting to be similar to European standards, you will have few things to complain about, but nothing major. Nothing outstanding to report.

Very nice hotel, excellently located. Kind staff, great breakfast, great pool and outdoor area. Receptionists were extremely accommodating: I asked to change the room (with view to the sea but a bit noisy due to traffic) to one with view to the pool (much quieter - and still with view to the sea) and they did it promptly. Rashid (from Agdtours) was very helpful organizing a trip to Paradise Valley and a 2-hour massage session near the city center). He's very attentive and honest. I strongly recommend this hotel, very close to the beach.

Front desk staff are mixed. Some lovely some the very opposite Fist room on the road side noisy. Asked to move. New room nice and quiet Rooms are very dated. Needs modernisation

Reception staff, not very friendly and welcoming. Then again, also not very well-versed in English, maybe a lot just got lost in translation.

Great location, right at the beach. Large rooms with perfect view. Breakfast has good variety and is plenty. Whatever you do, please make sure you visit the in-house hamam. Service staff was amazing. Shout out to our cleaning lady, shewas awesome!! Diligent, very sweet and a great laugh - came every day to check if we needed anything.

Everything is about money, you’re basically a walking euro. Asked for a towel for the pool also 10euro. Was drinking at the pool and run out of Mad currency and they literally take you by the hand to the atm or card machine to pay straight away. No trust in that area. Can’t charge the room. Breakfast was good but the menu for the bar doesn’t run very well, a lot of items not available and that’s everyday.

I hate to say anything bad, but the hotel is near to a nightclub, the noise from there is awful, it is so loud, and spoils a fantastic hotel.

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach. Check-in was simple, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was traditional Moroccon, there was also freshly made omelette's and thick pancakes. The pool was great, it was cool, but the weather was hot, so it was very welcoming after a day out. The room was clean, we had a view of the pool and a little baloney. The staff changed the towels every day and cleaned, and made the bed.

Restaurant staff let place down. Tables were never made, had to go looking for salt and pepper,when cutlery ran out we could not find staff to bring any clean ones and this was the case every sitting.

Unfortunately the building is very old and needs renovation. The bathroom in my room was in bad conditions. The morning staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, the evening staff is definitely not. A guy will try to sell you any kind of unrequested service in the most creative way and if you don’t tip the lobby man he’ll never look at you in the face. Soundproofing of the windows can be a problem too, as there is music at night downstairs.

The location is perfect in my opinion, close to everything. The swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing. The hotel and rooms are clean (cleaning staff works very hard). Breakfast was ok and buffet dinner gives you a few choices. The view from the balcony and windows is very nice. For the price I think is fair enough, I wouldn’t expect more.

- quite loud music from the bar at the swimming pool till after midnight (why so loud and why so late ???) - fridge in the room was only lukewarm, not really cold - coffee and tea (with a kettle) in the room would have been nice

+ free parking in the street (but might be difficult to find a spot) + good buffet breakfast, enough choice (including fresh omelet) + different lights in the room + nice beds + nice view from the balcony + short walk from the beach
