As for vegetarian dinner food had not much options.

Breakfast was not tht excellent but good there were not much options for vegetarian. The juice was very good.

The restaurant is managed from unprofessional manager because a hotel with so many rooms is ridiculous have only 2 waiters in the floor and also not enough chefs in the kitchen, and after 20 minutes we were sitting not one waiter came at our table to take a order and so we decided to go to eat in an other restaurant. Also my fiancé took a salad and there was not any waiter in the floor and she couldn’t pay, but after an hour when we were on the taxi outside the hotel the waiter follow us asking to pay the salad, we were customers of the hotel at room 210, why you didn’t charge me on my expensive for the check out?? This not professional behavior and I can tell you because I’m Italian Chef. When I went at the airport to take back my luggages the driver of the van he doesn’t spoke English and I asked to him to wait me there and he reply yes but after 5 minutes I back in the airport parking and he was not anymore there and I had wait 1 hour and half to take the next shuttle. The receptionist guy in the night and the morning was not very friendly and kind when I said the tv was not working and the problem was not fixed, so please check the antenna connection tv of the room 210. Whenever, the price we spent comparing the level of the services we received was not for nothing satisfying.

It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel reception team before arrival, I needed some clarifications regarding the airport pickup and they never bothered to reply. All that they sent was a link on WhatsApp, but they didn't bother to respond to questions in Whats App!

Location is very close to airprot and they have shuttle service to airprot every hour. The rooms are spacious and nice.

Like many other guests, we were catching an early morning flight and there was no provision for breakfast.

We chose this hotel mainly due to its close proximity to the airport and its shuttle service. The hotel is modern and the rooms & facilities are clean. It met our needs as we were only staying there for one night.

We were disappointed in food options. The 300 DRM buffet dinner was mediocre at best yet the a la carte menu wasn’t available until after 8pm so that seemed like a rip off after the great vacation and wonderful food we had enjoyed previously throughout our stay.

Unfortunately the front desk DID NOT give us the wake up call at 4:15am we requested, neither room got it. We could have missed our flight. This is why I am not giving Onomo an excellent review.

We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Nice people. Helpful.. Good shower!

No amenities anywhere close Lunch service was horrible, confusion occurred and one of our meal orders was not processed. Given language differences I can understand but when it was brought to their attention no ownership on their part, but. Still reordered and when I received there was a hair hanging out of burger. I sent back and did not reorder. No staff apologies. That is wrong

Liked the proximity to airport but also disliked that there is literacy nothing around this area for amenities. Not even sidewalks for walking. Room was clean and basic. Did an upgrade but not sure what was upgrade. Queen bed nice shower stall. Restaurant in hotel was okay at supper but not for lunch. hair in my food.
