Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandI know it’s not easy to maintain but window cleaning in the lobby and restaurant would enhance the view and the garden.
Conveniently located next to my company offices and an easy reach to the airport. Modern fusion African design, rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast offers a wide choice, including fresh fruit and good pastries. Good one can have dinner on site since it’s isolated and far from the city centre.

United StatesStaff is rude. I tried to book a room for my family of 3. It required 2 rooms. They put us on different floors - said that was only availability. Glad I wasn’t traveling with young children. Staff walked into our room without knocking which was embarrassing. No apology, nothing. Cleanliness is subpar. Sheet on bed had a stain, and no top sheet provided. Duvet cover was questionable. Bathroom hard to get to toilet without some maneuvering and shower fdoestT drain properly. I stayed here in 2019 and it was new. In 4 years you can see it has not been taken care of.
