Almost everything no cleanless room are bad no lefter working. I had good experience before in other locations but tange med is bad very bad experience that make think more then.twice tobook again i hope this will be take on consideration to not hurt the brand onomo

The rooms were cold (in terms of design not in terms of temperature), there was no soap or hand washing lotion, there is no physical segregation between the washroom/basin area and that of the bedroom, the staff were helpless (they claimed they didn't have cash to refund - payment of city tax). There are more, but I suppose this gives you a good idea of how it is like.

I can not think of anything really. It was below expectations on every single level.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were rude and unprofessional, housekeepers were shouting and cursing in Arabic and arguing between each others and we could hear their whole conversations, front desk didn't provide no information upon our arrival such as breakfast time, wifi code if it needs a code or no, he was like here is your card without even greeting us, so I figured out the breakfast time by myself and FYI, wifi isn't protected, also the night shift front desk (night auditor) doesn't not exists in this hotel, so do not expect to find someone at the front desk by midnight or you will be surprised of a security agent doing the front desk tasks and perhaps it's a plan B for the hotel management, now let's move to the breakfast which was a very basic breakfast but to be fair, restaurant staff were super nice, now let's talk about the view, we had view full of containers and we could hear the noise of the port.

I was sleeping - then suddenly at midnight a person opened the door to my room and pushed the bag I had in front of the door 1 meter in. I asked at the reception «What happened…» and I was told they had data trouble snd gave by mistake the room to someone else. 😱☠️I checed out and slept some hours in my car instead - after checking in and passing the customs with their trailer scanner and the police. They were still buildibg new rooms next to mine. Had to kill loud vibration on the aircon system three times in three hours - with a pillow 🤓

My ferry from Tanger Med to Barcelona was 14 hours delayed, so it was convenient to find this hotel close to the terminal. Safe parking was also good.

I booked two nights (14 - 16 july 2023), I stayed in room number 229 in the first floor, the first thing they don'thave an elevatorwhich made it hard for me to lift my baggageto the floor. secondly, at the first night the AC went down the first night, and the technician came to check it twice, but eventually it wasn't fixed, I called the receptionist to change my room and he said there's only rooms with single beds, so I had to spend the night without AC, the next morning I woke with the power disconnected in the room totally, after I called them the sent a technician to fix it, as it was fixed things went well, I was waiting for changing the room but they didn't offer one untill I left the hotel the next day.

The place was very clean.

The bed is so small. Very very small. If you stay there make sure you ask for a big bed.

Location is excellent, close to the port. Very clean, quiet and the breakfast included and is good.

Loved the minimalist but the design and highly efficient layout of the rooms. Award winning 🥇 Guarded parking right in front was a premium feature. Breakfast was excellent. They even served omelettes. Unbeatable for the price and 3 minute drive to the port. We will definitely return. Rooms have a window that opens allowing fresh air to come in. Loved the small safe tucked away under the desk. Great “Amazonian” rainforest style shower. Liked he elegant lighting around the mirror.

DIrty and noisy.

VERY noisy, staff at desk only spoke Dariya, and the room very basic for what I paid. Not to meantion the non cleaness. Very disappointed because Onomo in Casablanca are very good.

could never find staff, waited 30mins to check in then never saw a staff member again! we booked here so we could have dinner in the restaurant but there was no one there and it was closed! there are no other food options around as everything in the port is closed at 7pm, it was a disaster. we were given no information and couldn’t find any staff to help. the other guests around were all looking for food too and none of us could find anything

This has to be one of the most unique hotel experiences of my life. The hotel is run by a total of 3 people: the security guard that doubles up as a front desk clerk after 4pm, a line cook and a waiter.

The cook was kind enough to make us sandwiches after 10pm. The security guard/ front desk / MOD. The hotel is conveniently located inside the passenger terminal.

Non existent service, I had to hunt for a hotel staff for check in which took almost 45 mins. My key card wasnt working after 1 time use and again had to hunt for a hotel staff. I understand it is Ramadan and has lesser expectations but this was absurd. I couldn't wait to get out and Carry with my trip.

Plain hotel and location is right above the bus station that cruises drop passengers off. I wasn't informed of the breakfast timings and arrived after 9am for bf, not knowing it's already closed. A nice crew at the kitchen helped me with some coffee and food before I made my wah to tangier city.
