We liked everything.

The restaurant, pool, pool area, rooms and private patio area all exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection of fresh and delicious food. The pool is long enough for lap swimming, which was a huge plus for anyone who enjoys swimming for exercise. The hotel is literally attached to Atlas Studios, which made it easy to tour the studios at our convenience.

Besides the studios next door there is nothing to do or see here. WiFi in the room was poor.

We went for suite expecting high quality and positive experience paying almost double price of the standard room. Unfortunately that appeared quite a disappointment as we encountered water leaking on the toilet floor, a plate of welcome fruits included a rotten/brown banana :)) , old and worn out towels.

Our family room was very small (compared to the double bedroom next door) and we didn't get the double bed as confirmed; the lack of screen/curtain in the bath also makes it really difficult to not leave the very small bathroom in a mess.

The breakfast was SO yummy and varied (don't understand why some people complained about it!) and all the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and really looked after us at all times. The meals were also very nice. The pool is lovely and very clean.

I couldn’t use the swimming pool because it was really cold. But all other hotels I tried in the nearby during my trip had the same “problem “

The building itself is amazing, you feel like you are on a movie set everywhere. Rooms are nice and breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. It is common to see here actors that together with waiters and receptionists made my staying unforgettable. The private parking is very useful and safe.

Rooms comfortable, small though great for two people. This hotel has a character and theme . This is a good place to spend one night when doing imperial city tour if Ouarzazate is your stop. Hotel is very conveniently located next to Atlas studio the main attraction of this area

The room was extremely cold and takes a long time to heat up if you are going in the middle of winter (even with the heating on all night)

Honestly hard to find a fault. A lot of mosquitos in the room, so it might be better to keep the doors closed when cleaning. Doesn't take away from the fact that it's a proper 4 star stay.

Really great stay, excellent quality and attention to detail, loved the small fruits and water on arrival. Restaurant was also great quality and a fair price. Also loved the rosemary bushes all around, made the entire property smell nice.

A little bit out of the city, but nice and quiet in the morning. Great opportunities for walking and exploring the desert right behind the hotel. Food was ok, dinner was bland and breakfast options were very limited. Great fruit would be nice.

Clean, as good a room as we have had at this price point, same with the food. Contrary to some previous posters (who perhaps work for the competition? ) there WAS a remote for the AC, and there WERE 2 free bottles of water. This was a great value, and a great place to break up the long ride to the desert.

The acoustics in the restaurant is very terrible... it's like an echo chamber! :[

This hotel was a very positive surprise. It's a little Truman's World where no bad things happen and all is well organized. A studio tour is a must if you come here! Very nice with the local guide.
