Make sure to request a pick-up to the location as taxis do not drive out there. If you don't have a car, you will rely on the staff for going in/out of the lodge to the town.

This is a lovely getaway spot. The lodge is in a very remote location, next to an oasis, perfect for relaxation. You can see plenty of stars at night. The hospitality is great, Reda and the staff were amazing, very welcoming and provided so many recommendations. The breakfast and dinner were all great and tasty.

Only downside was the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. Could also do with another place to put suitcases and somewhere to hang towels.

Location is brilliant, worth the drive off the beaten path. Peace and quiet so welcome after hectic Marrakech. Breakfast was good, the best eggs/shakshuka we had during the holiday. Morning walk was nice. Upgraded to a suite which was kind. Comfortable bed and great nights sleep

This is one of the places that “saved” our trip to Morocco. After a very intense day in the Medina of Marrakech where we struggled to “survive” the aggressiveness of the market sellers. we headed out and discovered this marvellous oasis, hand built in the middle of a beautiful Valley, with it’s own sustainable farming. The staff was exceptional. From the welcome, to a guided trekking around the property, from being flexible to cook a Vegan meal for my wife. I absolutely recommend that you stay here. it is an experience that you will cherish forever

Staff are super welcoming with great services, best food (both dinner and breakfast) we had on our 7 days trip in Morocco, , Epic Epic Epic location, full sky of stars at night, go for a hike in the morning to see the oasis and canyon, we definitely recommend this place, it's an experience you won't forget.

This ecolodge is a true jewel set within an oasis with stunning views of the mountains. Entirely of the grid, and no noise or light pollution. We are a family of four (two young kids 5 and 7) and a dog. Great place to hike or just sit back and enjoy the view, or watch the 'river of stars' at night. Mohamed and his family went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The home made meals were simply delicious and the kids even experienced making and baking the bread in traditional style. Highly recommended for families who want to get away from the city and just spend time together. And yet only 20 mins drive from ouarzzazate. We had an amazing experience! We will for sure come back! Pack some snacks and water before heading there.

Wasn’t quite as nice as the pictures, other guests were very noisy and overbearing, staff less attentive than other places we stayed in Morocco.

Friendly Staff, but disorganized, I had to change room 3 times, asking for every single needs, I did hammam, had to ask for towel, then I had to stay 1 he inside to wait for a friend massage, the massage therapist was good but I got burned in the head with extremely hot stuff she put on my head. Cream for face the same , they keep the product inside the room and they are extremely hot. No bathrobe once I go out the hammam, I have to dry up with the one wet from the hammam and i felt cold. People speaking and screaming trought the windows while I was inside for relaxing purpose, during massage telephone ringing. Massage was good. I mentioned everything at the time I was speaking with the people left in charge but no action was taken. Food was ok , I paid 20 euro for a menu but my dinner was only one dish of veggie e the small dish with chopped tomato. My friend had a dish of veggie, dish with meat and salad and pay the same. We asked for no fruit.

Location it is a relaxing destination, the guys working are nice and accomodating but not very experienced on how to operate or make things more pleaseful, unfortunately I did not relax they way it suppose to be.

While the desert air cooled off at night the room did not! And when we opened the window to get some cooler air - biting bugs made it very uncomfortable. We appreciate that the ecolodge is run on solar power so no aircon but the property should figure this out for future guests - at least provide fans and screens for the windows.

The Ecolodge was in a stupendous location somewhat out of the way but we knew that before we booked.
