Not a criticism. The property is on a small street with no visible parking. (we arrived in a hire car). However the staff went to fetch the vehicle from where we’d parked it and kept it in the protected spots in front of hotel. They were all very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Few minutes walk to sea and good restaurants. Hotel is deceptively large and spacious. Azza in reception was very helpful and pleasant 10/10.

Their ability to take credit cards did not work and they offered a ridiculously low rate to change currency. Walked 1/2 a block to get cash at a very favourable rate.

Just one thing, some staff are bit confused so for example I booked massage for 11am, I showed up and massage lady was not there I was told she can come at 2pm. This annoyed me as I planned my day around this massage and didn't leave hotel all morning. We rescheduled for 10 pm, but once I came back in the evening and said I am going to cancel it as we are going out for dinner and not sure when I will be back they told me massage lady was looking for me earlier but I was not in my room and she left home by now. And this was around 8pm. I was surprised as I find it bit unprofessional but good thing is even though this staff was polite and kind. They just need to work on their time management skills as it leaves bad impression as I had only 2 days in Casablanca and I couldn't plan everything according to when the massage lady decides to show up as if spa has no working hours and she has no bookings.

Location is great, nice big rooms, cleaner and other staff very nice and polite and kind. I liked everything and I recommend this place for stay in Casablanca when you want to be walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in town. Bus and train station close, good restaurants near by, lovely room and staff. Would come back again.

Hotel is located in an area where there is construction and building renovation which produced a lot of noise. There is also a ground work in that area removing asphalt, excavating the ground and installing underground cables. This produced a lot of noise, dust and disturbed the traffic and pietons walkways.

Reception people were helpful and friendly.,Room and amenities were as shown on the web site. located just 10 min walk from the Casa port train station.

The room was very smelly. The air conditioning did not cool. There were more than 10 flies in the room and we had to leave the windows open all night.

Located in the center of the medina and accessible by bus and train. perfect place for tourists. Otherwise the room and the furnishings are modern and beautiful.

While there was nothing major I did not like there were a few things than reduced the overall expeirence for me. -The balcony for the room was not so appealing in its outlook and I was put off using it by the amount of bird poo all over it. -The hotel is used by bus tour groups and reception becomes far too busy, the staff do not try to organise people and it becomes impossible to navigate through to the lift or main door, and get service on reception. -On check in the young lady was not very friendl or welcoming, which was dissapointing, then I was looked after by a male colleague who was more welcoming, but he was multitasking as it was a busy time so I did not feel prioritised. -There was a lot of noise from the hallways outside the rooms and you can easily hear people from the other rooms including staff in the adjacent staffing room quite early in the morning. -football was playing loudly on the big screen in reception on arrival, not really what I want to see or hear in reception

The hotel was pleasant, the room I had was very nice and spacious with most things I needed for a short stay. The location was super easy to find in downtown Casablanca on a quiet street, able to walk anywhere from it. The reception was bright and lots of places to sit. Not that I had many interactions with the team, some of the staff were pleasant but others not quite upto the same standard. It is a tourist class hotel and very fairly priced in a good location and overall my stay was good.
