How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was fine
I booked a night in this camp and it was easy for me to get to the camp. When I booked, this company sent a meeting point . There is a parking for cars, and we rode camels from that point to the camp and enjoyed the sunset in the middle the golden sands, and everything was wonderful.

Good
I recommend all travelers who want to explore the Merzougha desert to try this clean camp. I spent a night there and it was nice. the camp was very wonderful and the food and views were great. I highly recommend it.

I no want to leave the place
We went to sahara for the first time, beautiful place to enjoy your holiday, we learned a lot of Berber culture, we did Camel riding for the first time, We spent our night in private tent, very comfortable. I love it .

There's little windy
The place to stay is very wonderful, our tent is clean, with a wonderful staff. We enjoyed a lot and hope to visit them again. Highly recommended .

One night is not enough , 2 nights it will be better
My dream was to go to Merzouga, and I finally did it, and I rode the camels and enjoyed it very much. I would like to thank very much Hamid, who was our guide in the desert and explained everything to us, about Berber culture , and the place of stay was very wonderful.

We chose to ride camels to the camp and it was very enjoyable. The sunset in the middle of the sand dunes was absolutely amazing and we took many pictures and we continued to the luxury camp and the night there was incredible.

Our mistake is that we booked only one night
A wonderful place to enjoy the natural desert scenery. We spent one night there and it was very enjoyable. The food and everything was wonderful. The people were very friendly and helpful, we rode camels and quad bikes, The desert is big and beautiful and is worth more than one day.

We liked everything
We are two adults from Brazil and we had a wonderful night with Berbers. We had a wonderful dinner at the camp and had wonderful moments around the fire. The desert scene was incredible. I recommend visiting Merzouga if you have the chance to visit Morocco.

Long way from Marrakech to Merzouga
We chose to spend our night in Merzouga in this luxury camp. When we booked, the manager sent us a meeting place, and there is a private parking for our car. We rode the camels from Merzouga to the camp and enjoyed the camel ride, the views of the desert, and the sunset with wonderful guides. When we arrived at camp, we drank berber tea and had a luxury tent. very comfortable, Hot water, shower and a private toilet. I recommend.

The dinner and the breakfast were great. Sahid was an incredible host. The beds were really comfy, and despite the cold outside, it was really warm in the bed.
