The staff are absolutely amazing. The location is the best one could get in Beni Mellal. The breakfast is fine. And the overall price is decent. I recommend this place to other travelers.

United KingdomThe lift was small and very slow - the warning message kept coming on but with elderly friends with us we had to use it.
We just used this hotel as a stopover but it was very new, clean and comfortable. We did not know the town or area. The facilities were all good and new, so no complaints at all. Breakfast was nice and served in the adjoining cafe. There were no evening meals available on the premises so we had to find a place to eat locally - which is a shame as we would have eaten in the cafe if food was available.

SpainThis is a quite new hotel... but made with thight budget. Only 1 plug near the beds! Paper door. Some rooms don't have a window! No place to hang any clothes. Many mosques towers shouting around!

United KingdomWe asked for a quite room. The room was at the from of the building straight on the main road , traffic very noisy until early hours of the morning. Then before 7am the cafe down stairs started putting tables out, again noise. The building seemed to have no sound insulation at all, if w3 had a room at the back I think it would be better.

First room was obviously just quick "cleaned" (dirty towels everywhere, bedding used, hairs for sure, etc), 2nd room had only a window into the dark hallway (jail feeling included), at room 3 i gave up (see the pictures for yourself of the "cleaning"). And if you wanna be ignored 40 minutes in the morning because you are waiting for your free breakfast (tiny and lousy) that is the place to be. The worst and absolutely overpriced dirty joke of a "hotel". They should be ashamed.

United StatesThe mattress was like a wooden board. The air conditioning drain line was a disconnected hose that leaked into the bathroom floor. So the staff just put it into the bathroom trash can which we had to empty daily. The room was cleaned only one out of three days/nights.
