The staff were so friendly and were always happy to help with things like parking the car, carrying our luggage etc. They are all so so helpful and always had a smile on their face. I went with my best friend to celebrate my birthday and they gave us some really good recommendations of places to eat and local towns to visit. They also left me a little cake and note too! I really had such a great birthday holiday and would definitely recommend visiting Tanger and staying at Pestana. It's a beautiful place to visit and I will definitely return in the future with my family.

Facilities are modern. Bed is comfortable and place is generally new and well maintained. It is next to the train station and is about 15 min by taxi to the Medina. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed four nights here and no regrets about the choice. Highly recommended.

The interior of the hotel was a bit like an office building. Our 11th Floor room overlooked an abandoned high rise building with an adjacent undeveloped lot. The elevator took a while to arrive to our floor on Sunday.

LOCATION: Located next to the City Centre train station which has a Starbucks inside. This hotel is located about a 45 minute walk from the Old Medina/ Ferry Port or a 50 MAD/ $5.00 USD taxi ride. SERVICE: The staff was polite and spoke English. We were able to store our luggage after we checked out. The breakfast had many options with smaller version of local foods. The brunch juice selection was a pleasant surprise. INTERIOR: The Hotel interior felt a bit like an office building. Our 11th floor room looked out to an abandoned building with an undeveloped lot. We could see the train tracks of the train station but could not hear any trains.

The fact that the old city (Madina) was a mere 11-minute drive away was an added bonus, and we appreciated being within walking distance of all the local coffee shops. The spaciousness of the apartment itself was truly impressive, providing ample room for our family of four to relax and unwind comfortably. With two bedrooms, a generously sized living room, and two bathrooms, we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the unparalleled service provided by your staff. Without fail, they attended to our every need promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we were continually impressed by their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. Furthermore, the availability of parking both in front of the building and in the basement, free of charge, added an extra layer of convenience to our stay, making it even more enjoyable.
