We had a wonderful stay at PK25, everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly, they welcomed us with a surprise cake as it was our honey moon, our bedroom had a sea view which was absolutely stunning and very calm.

The internet connectivity is a bit patchy, and during the high tide there is relatively little space to lunch and land the kites.

The place is great for kitesurfing! Wind, sun, flat water! The view from the bungalows is great, the staff is extremely helpful. The food is plentiful and quite varied.

During high tide it is difficult to launch and land the kite. The bar only offers a few Moroccan wines and they are not very tasty.

Nice and clean bungalows with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Large selection of food, helpful and hospitable staff (also in the kitecentre). One evening there was a very good band playing live music for the guests. I especially recommend it to water sports enthusiasts because it is a very windy place (the wind is usually much stronger than forecast) and the lagoon is so huge that everyone will find a place on the water.

Small litter outside of the premise. This has little to do with the place itself, but it ruins the allover experience of such a magical location.

Friendly and helpful staff. If you're into traditional Moroccan cuisine, this is the place. Fresh buffet meals with lots of variation. The individual cabins facing the upcoming sun are private, spacious, and clean. Each with their own private terrace.

Taxi service is really poor and expensive, maybe due to security/policy reasons you are not allowed to stay out from the resort more than 3 hours and it costs 50Eur. The place has anyway huge potential to do even better, would suggest to arrange in the small garden in front of the suites 2 more seats (maybe with ombrella) since the position and the view is fantastic. If you are not a kiter there no so many initiatives of how to spend the day. the resort is offering some tours, I recommend Tal Hamar, Duna Blanche visit and a tour in Dakhla downtown

Really nice position and an extremely kind staff both at the resort as well at the kite center, the room suite were fantastic, cleaned every day with a magic view of the lagoon. The food was really good, almost every day with grilled chiecken/fist in the outside bbq You can also order wine, a pity they do not have champagne

I want to share my 5 days experience in PK25 with you guys. The hotel is located in a very strategic area with a breath taking view for all rooms. The food is all in all good and you have many meals to chose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The most important thing is the staff, i cannot describe how nice and active the staff is, everyone is smiling in the hotel and you are in such a great happy mood every day and all day. Huge thanks to Chaimae who took care of us from the arrival to the day we left, she recommended us the best activities, put us in contact with the agency who organises them and gave us tours on the area, the holiday got much easier with her. As for the rooms, they are very clean and big, the weather is awesome and the activities are so many to chose from. Would suggest the hotel to anyone who would like to go clear his/her mind.

the fact that there are many stray cats that access the restaurant through the open doors. they should try to find a solution for that. the cats even jump on the table while eating, not ideal. but rest all fine.

Location for kiting is fantastic, right on the spot. good good and Chaima, the new receptionist really did everything to make my stay comfortable. also good is very good and always freshly prepared. rooms are great with fantastic on the kite spot.

If there is no wind to Kitesurf, you have limited options/facilities available to you. The internet connection is temperamental which can be frustrating. I think that it would also be beneficial if you could have some outdoor area with deckchairs and parasols. Especially for those who might want to suntan or rest but not in front of a restaurent.

The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. The layout makes sense and provides you with adequate storage space. Compared to the other hotels, the food was good and you have lots of healthy options. The kitesurfing school was well equipped and I love the close proximity to the sea (you can just go down some steps for a quick dip).

Bed was very firm. The yoga was actually in the sister resort which was a 15min bus (bumpy) or 10min boat ride (wet) away - although we enjoyed arriving at the yoga studio by boat!

The kitesurfing setup was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Very helpful staff. Well stocked bar. Really nice rooms with beautiful views. The food was really excellent. Varied, large quantities. The only issue was that if you arrived later in the dining window the hot food had gotten cold.

Views of lagoon from bungalow were partly obscured by hedging that needed trimming. Shower wet room tends to leak into the lavatory area and this creates a slipping hazard. A mat was provided that mirigated this issue.

Good place to relax. Excellent views of the lagoon. Greater Flamingos, Bar-tailed Godwits and Caspian Terns and many others... Excellent for kite surfing and similar activities.. Full board so simplifies food logistics.. Food was good, with a wide variety of local vegetables and fish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bungalow was clean, well furnished and functional. Slightly hippy vibe, though due to latest Covid panics the place was quiet for the first day of our stay.

The start was a bit rough as we could not reach the reception on the listed phone numbers to schedule our airport pickup. Food quality varied a bit, but there was always something to eat and some of the dishes were excellent. The same applies to the music quality in the bar area, but luckily we were able to influence that. Some fixtures had visibly suffered from wear and tear (pool table, our bungalow door, signs).

Friendly and flexible staff, helped us above and beyond with PCR tests, transfers, local tours, late check-out etc. The bungalow was spacious and had a great view. The bar area had pool and table tennis, which we were delighted to use. The covered bar area protected us from constant winds. Kite instructor Yassine was great! On a less windy day, it was also fund to take the kayak across the lagoon to Dakhla Club.

Being racially profiled by security & waiting over 45mins to enter the establishment. Room did not lock. No towels present in room (had to request).

I want express my disappointment and concern following my stay in PK25. My spouse and I looking forward to pleasant meals and experience. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. e.g., undercooked food, unclean environment, etc. Moreover, shortly after our yesterday meal, both my spouse and I fell ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. We believe this was directly related to the meals we consumed at your restaurant PK25, as it was the only food we had ingested last days. This experience was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a health and safety perspective. I dont think that your establishment follows strict food safety guidelines, and this incident suggests there may be areas needing immediate attention. I hope by bringing this to your attention, prompt action will be taken to investigate and rectify any potential issues within your kitchen or food handling processes. Our intention is not to harm your reputation but to ensure that no other customers experience similar distress. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and get back to us with your findings. In the meantime, we regret to inform you that we will never revisit your hotel and are considering informing the relevant health authorities to ensure this does not happen to others. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. We look forward to your prompt response and for your information we did feel very ill at the airport and we did have some difficulties to get to our plane. Sincerely,
