Not very friendly staff, when we asked about not functioning of air conditioning, which we paid for, we've been told by receptionist, maintenance team come and fix it, they came in and told us it's switched off, general manager said over the phone, it is still winter time and he won't switch it on just for us...

My sink didn't work and they said the technical support fixed it but didn't. After I asked the second time it was fixed so I had no sink for one out of two days. Also if you have a closer look to things in the room, they're all damaged or a little dirty but it's probably because European standards don't apply. I couldn't close or lock my window so I was hearing noises from the street but as I was first floor and not reachable from the street it was okay.

Solid room but bit overpriced for what you get. The staff is friendly and they were trying to solve problems fast. The location is good and close to some restaurants, supermarket, bakery, kfc, main street and more. TV was working but not many channels. Towels were changed everyday and they had nice soap and shampoo. Coffe machine at the breakfast was nice and got lots of varieties, but besides that the breakfast is not that good, only the really simple things taste okay.

It is a pretty basic room. Nothing to complain but just keep in mind that there are no other amenities in the hotel.

Perfect for travelling. Basically we were out for almost the whole day and came back to the hotel only late evenings. For such a trip, the hotel is perfect as it has all the basic amenities (WiFi, shower etc..)

Location is good.. The room was clean, quiet, safe, and the price was reasonable...Good for one night or if you are looking for a reasonable price and a safe place..If I returned to Casablanca again, I would choose the same place

The facility lacked readily available drinking water in the room. There wasn't a vending machine either, which would have been convenient. Also, my advance written request for airport pickup went unanswered.

The breakfast was good value for the price, offering a variety of pastries, breads, olives, jams, honey, juices, and coffee. The room was clean. And I particularly enjoyed being able to do late check-in.

The staff was very kind mostly Mrs Dounia who was available and attentive. Mrs Jihane very professional and responsive, Mrs Halima warm and smiling ☺️
