Shame the private balconies attached to the rooms are too small to use for anything at all. I like a private balcony to sit out on.

Large clean airy room. Comfortable bed. Well equipped room. The cleaners do an excellent job. Roof terrace a pleasant spot for sunbathing with sea view. Handy location for bars, eating places and liqueur store. Just a short walk to the harbour and medina along the (always very windy) seafront.

Pillows too hard

Property is immaculate and cleaners come everyday. There was 4 cleaners attending our apartment everyday. The location fantastic right near cafe/restaurant , patisserie and supermarket and surf shops and pharmacy. This place is perfect for families or couples and singles. There is no lift only stairs to the apartment. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely terrace with views of the beach. The apartment is crossroad from beach and kids playarea where you can skateboard, skate, cycle, play football or basketball and a surf shop to hire with restaurants and cafes on the beachfront and bars/clubs 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend Panoramique and Beach & Friends and Beach Vagabond and camels and horse riding on the beach.

Wifi speeds a little slow

Beautiful spot, easy to find, close to good restaurants and stores that were open (during Ramadan), close to Medina, beautiful rooftop. They met us outside on our arrival, helped us with our bags and washed our car! Amazing place, very friendly staff :)

Residence Louzani was the perfect place to stay for me and my big group of 11 friends on our recent visit to Essaouira. It is located a short walk to the old city along the coast and has everything a traveler might need right downstairs (corner store, restaurants, bakery, etc.) The apartments were very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Plus, the staff was just wonderful! So kind and helpful. The cherry on top of this wonderful place is the communal rooftop with an unobstructed view of the sea and the old city. It was spectacular at sunset, with the sun setting over the water! I won’t look for anywhere else to stay on my next trip. I’ll come straight to Louzani!!

Absolutely everything. Apartment is in fantastic location, amaizing ocean view, close to Medina. Spotlessly clean, spacious with excellent WiFi. Manager of the apartments and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

I liked everything.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. The whole building was spotless and the apartment was cleaned every day. Essaouira is very beautiful. The beach is fabulous and the the Medina is amazing. I look forward to visiting there again next year. I will also be choosing to stay at The Louzani apartments.

One small but for us important thing. There is only one plug socket and light on one side of the double bed. It would be helpful if , for example an extension lead and lamp were provided on the other side of the bed so we each have a reading light.
