This lovely hotel is one of a kind. Being small boutique type hotel is suits extremely well to those who look for Individualized service, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The service and staff will go on and beyond to serve you well. Quiet and clean premises, beds extremely comfortable. Oussama and Mauod: what a service!! They are so helpful and always smiling! Seems that the owner take such good care of the people. It shows. It is uplifting to see that also the staff is taken care of and treated well. It shows! For a tourist it makes it reassuring to see that service is authentic. If you value good service and calm surroundings, NJ is your place. Thank you! We will be back!

The staff is amazing! I was travelling alone, but never felt alone! Receptionists, waiter and security staff made my stay amazing. Unfortunately, I lost their names. This is the best staff I ever found! The restaurant is also good. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips!

The staff was disrespectful. Two ladies badmouthed me not knowing I could hear. I am upset and I have asked the company to blacklist this hotel. The rest of the staff was nice.

While the room was a bit small, it wasn't a problem for us since we were planning on spending most of our time sightseeing. The hotel's excellent location and comfortable amenities made up for the smaller size of the room. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a last-minute booking at a hotel in Rabat due to an Airbnb issue (airbnb was infested with mold), and they accommodated our late check-in at 23:00. Despite a small room, the shower had great water pressure, and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Morocco. Sawad and Dussama were incredibly helpful, even watching our car as we went sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Rabat.

The staff was uniformly awful (with the single exception of the restaurant waiter who seemed nice). I've rarely seen such a collection of useless, mind-numbing zombies in any hotel anywhere.

Rooms were newish and decent although the TV didn't work for two days.

Everyday the breakfast was cold. Pancakes felt like ice cold. I stayed there for 3 days and everyday I was the first person for breakfast. They brought the food in front of me from the kitchen and it was still cold.

Our flight from Paris was after midnight and we were able to check in without any problems. Also the staff Oussama and Janad were very helpful especially we didn't have any Morocco dirham so they helped us to change it in a bank. The locaton is excellent too and room was very clean. Everyone in hotel was nice and kind and tried to help in everything.

The breakfast could be better.

The hotel was small, but their staff (Wonolo, Dussana & Jawad) really made all the difference. They were helpful and made everything from the booking process to check-out a breeze. I really enjoyed my interactions with the staff. Very pleasant and ready to help.

This place was 10/10 for me. Very clean these rooms. The cleaners deserve the biggest appreciation as they always atteneded and had a wonderful personality. Well done. Management was excellent along with host and restraunt staff. Rooms are well lit, clean and they aim to please. Exceptional customer service, presentation and profrssionalism. This is my choice of pick for a rabat hotel. Well done team Aiden Ash
