I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service I received during my visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, and I would like to particularly acknowledge Ismail, the bartender, and Fatem Zahra at the omelettes station.Ismail's exceptional skills behind the bar and his warm, welcoming demeanor made each evening at the hotel bar a delight. His knowledge of cocktails and his ability to craft the perfect drink tailored to individual tastes was truly impressive. Ismail’s friendly and attentive service turned a simple drink into a wonderful experience.Fatem Zahra, who manned the omelettes station during breakfast, was equally outstanding. Her cheerful personality and dedication to making the best omelettes were a great start to the day. She took the time to ensure each omelette was cooked to perfection, accommodating all preferences with a smile. Her positive energy and culinary expertise significantly enhanced my mornings at the hotel.Both Ismail and Fatem Zahra exemplify the high standards of service that Radisson Hotels are known for. I was excited for the indoor pool for my infant , but I've been told by the reception that the water is not heated at the time of my stay . But I would come back again if sure that the indoor pool heated then.

The location is for people who love remote beaches like I do , it is spectacular!!! The staff from the reception , restaurant Servers , the cleaning lady , all wonderful with big smiles !!!

They are much things to like than to dislike or rather to improve .. last year(2022) the restaurant seats were very clean yet this time the seats were very dirty .. I don't know why but I was surprised to see that . the inside swimming pool never get hot unlike the year before were I enjoyed a warm swimming experience at night . The sauna room lights are not working which I found it peculiar ,especially ; the Sauna room still working and getting hot.!!! also the showerrooms inside the indoor swimming pool ( which we use to clean ourselves before getting to the pool ) are not clean and you could see some insects inside .. Overall all , I think those small things could be a deal breaker for so many visitors but not for me .. Yet they can be fixed and enhanced for a better experience next time

Generally, I wouldn't say much because I have been in this hotel for the second time with my family , It was as I expected to be ..nice, comfy beds clean rooms and world class facilities... . Hmmm things I like this time : they took my previous comment in consideration and they provided a water boiler and set of tea and coffee , clothes iron inside the room and late checkout .. Yet , they still lack tooth brush and paste inside the bathroom and only one lone water bottle !!!!!! anyways its a good value of the money if you avoid peek season otherwise ...

Restaurent: The restaurent get overcrowded after 9:30am There were only two coffee machines to serve huge crowd and often both were not working (one serving only milk and the other one serving only coffee). When the machines worked, they produced very poor quality coffee… Also, the juices section wasn’t great…the orange juice got mixed with water and the containers were not working properly… The offering in term of fruit wasn’t good and was offering mainly bad quality watermelon… Other sections of the buffet was good (omelette, pastries..) B Beside the food, the stuff seems to be overwhelmed and clearly need more training. Although most of the stuff were very nice and tried their best to help … One exception was one of the restaurent’s stuff was rude, interrupted our breakfast (second day) and insisted that we put the colourful bracelet in our hands even after we explained to him that we prefer keep it in our pockets (we showed him the bracelets) and show it when needed…

Was trying to go to the restaurant instead of buffet, but told that needed to book a day before. There should be more options for food for those who doesn’t want to have buffet as location is far from the restaurants of the city

Our room was really nice, little balcony with nice view on greenery around. The animation for kids in the evenings were super cool and staff really was taking care about each child. Pool is great for small kids as well, we spent there 2 days and kids didn’t leave the pool for 2 days )

The only minus was English, the staff was extremely helpful and on the top with all services, although we have had challenges when discussing some meal, room or spa options. Resolved sometimes by google translator. I would say at this level of branch hotel it may be a little developed to provide some language add ins for the great staff and service. Unless you speak French :)

Definitely worth staying if you want to have some all inclusive modern luxury to relax from sightseeing Marocco. We expanded from breakfast only to all inclusive for a good price. Food was great with a good of choice. You might have had a beer or wine added to your meals. Big plus was the bottled water for all the quests, unlimited. Great modern rooms, very clean and luxury with balcony and proper room service. We needed to use the laundry option, which was fine fast and in a good additional price. Our child was hosted on the sofa, great approach. We had one disaster during his “stomach sick night”, and the hotel behaved very well and supportive. Thank you. We have used also Spa with two massages, good price and well done service. Highly recommended for relax and luxury. Beach marvelous, swimming pool big and adjusted for adults and kids. Good to have walks on a coast with splendid views! And… the coffee’s in a beach bar! The best ever :)

But i was mad because i came 1 hour before time to reached my room so i said to the reception to gave me the bracelet for drinking something and i have 2 kids they want water … but she said no u can t eat or drink nothing that s not good at all and another thing that frustrated me i went to swimming pool when i back to my room i found it dirty they didn’t clean it and i have baby so i need it clean that s bad for me
