Specialty restaurants were subpar. We were assigned dirty rooms at check-in, but luckily, reception offered better ones after we complained. We had to pay extra to be able to get pool towels, which we weren't informed of until we were soaking wet and needed them, which was very inconvenient because we didn't carry our wallets to the pool.

Fatima Zahra in reception was very friendly and welcoming. Animation club was very good and friendly, especially hamza 2pac. Pools and rooms were in good condition. The food was okay but could be better.

Slightly a side of the city. Corridors cleanness . The all inclusive formula does not work for everyone, I would have preferred to have the option for the meals and snacks to take .

Excellent location. All the staff is welcoming and truly with service mentality, friendly and attentive. The rooms have excellent beds and linens. Access to beach , gardens are exceptional and many swimming pools. Food is very good.

- the rooms need some decent cleaning, especially the bathrooms - bathrooms are full of black mould - bathroom door locks itself and difficult to re-open - check in was extremely lengthy, only 1 person at the reception - wifi doesnt work in the rooms - there was a problem with cards, we had go back to the re ceptions many times

Could be more accessible e.g. for kids’ pushchairs. Maybe install more ramps, make the wooden plank paths/exit to the beach road smoother. Also, there are SO many mosquitoes - bring repellent/plug-ins!

The pools and beach were great. The staff in general were excellent. The receptionists Assia and Hanae went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room. Waiters Hamza, Ibtisam and Hafida were especially welcoming. Our daughter had great fun at the kids club and mini disco with Dounia, Lisa and Chama. Also great to have nurse Rabab on site for minor injuries!

The room was comfortable and clean. Quite basic for the price and in need of some attention to details for example there was no bin or hand soap in the room on arrival. We had a bit of a problem with mosquitos during the night (not the fault of the hotel) so it would be wise to take some repellent with you.

Room was big and relatively clean. Location is good with access to the clan sandy beach. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Fatima Zohra at check-in. Food was fine - buffet style and plenty of choice. This hotel is a large resort with a kids club and seems popular with families. Lots of entertainment around the pool for children. The grounds at the front of the hotel are lovely and well kept.

I stayed for 2 nights from 02/09 till 04/09 I give this hotel 6/10 for the following reasons: Good things: 1. The buffet was nice and enough for everyone 2. The room was clean 3. The beach access is good and the volley ball net was a nice touch 4. The staff was nice and they try their best with the guests Bad things : 1. The shower wasn't properly working in the room. 2. I made a reservation at the Spanish restaurant but they told me they didn't prepare enough food for everyone!!! And the chef refused any solution. 3. The mini bars aren't properly cleaned, the choices are so limited and the plastic cups need to change. 4. A fight happened in the middle of the night between the staff and some guests and no security was around. Some guests tried to solve the dispute while waiting for the police to arrive. 5. The elevator was dirty and a bit disgusting. 6. Not enough parking space. Recommendations 1. Make a map for the hotel beside the reception so guests can locate their rooms instead of spending an hour looking. 2. Putting Flys traps beside the pool.

it was a frustrating experience at the check in, the rooms were not ready and there was a lot of big fights between the clients and the staff. there were ants in my room, I told the reception and they promised to send someone but nothing was done. there is a huge waste of food

An issue of Cleaning and trained personnel for cleaning... (Breakfast served at 7, 8 a guy is still throwing water on the access to restaurant, and doesn't seem to care... same for the room, not a neat cleaning! It's not dirty, but not clean as cleaning staff are very slow, and don't clean common area around the clock. Same for Pool, people leave the cups and plates and no one collects them... Refreshments and Snacks were poor! The bar had limited Mocktel choices for kids and non drinking customers! For a 300-400 EUR per night, you expect much more attention to details!

The Location, Rooms are spacious, access to the beach, close to Marina, Staff are friendly and try their best, food was good, especially moroccan food, Activities and Night Karaoke... For some issues raised and any request, management responded fast...The team working on activities and in the restaurant were doig Good!

Reception staff needs training on welcoming new guests. Payment was requested during the check-in which I found odd No room service No welcome beverages were offered for travelers waiting for access to their rooms (common courtesy was lacking during our check-in which actually made us question the hotel choice). At the end, our experience was very enjoyable over the course of 7 days and made up for the check-in bumps.
