Cold shower. We asked if it was possible to have it warm, they told us that they would have turned it on and to wait 10min but after 10min and 30min it was still cold. In the room there weren't toilet paper, hand soap and towels. We asked them to the reception and they gave them to us.

The staff was very kind and available to all our requests. The resident is beautiful and 5min walking to the beach and 10min by car to the Medina. There is free parking outside the residence. WiFi was good. Comfortable bed and we had a fridge in the room.

Some of the amenities listed on the website are NOT included: bathrobe, alarm clock, stovetop, TV (was broken), minibar, daily housekeeping, trouser press, garden. To my knowledge there was no executive lounge. No airport shuttle, you need to book a taxi. None of this was a big issue for me but the info is not consistent.

Difficulties to get warm water in the shower. Only during periods it worked.

The Hotel do have all the facilities you need and i love that it was more like an apartment so you really could move around in it. It has a nice restaurant were you can see soccer and meet other people.

The WiFi signal was very hit and miss in our room. We could only get a lukewarm shower at best. One of the days it was flat cold. It also leaked so the bathroom ended up soaking after you had a shower. Bed was uncomfortable (hard).

We booked this place for 3 nights in search of a budget, no frills place to sleep. It was pleasant and cheap. Our room was nice and big. Had a very traditional Moroccan feel to it. It was basic but clean. Very friendly owner. The location is good, only a 10 min walk or so to the top of beach. Maybe a 30 min walk or so to the medina. We would stay here again 👍

It would be unfair to write down small things which are apparent because they did not affect my overall stay. I have read many reviews on my travels, some of them very unfair, guests are too eager to point out small faults, or offer advice on how to improve, these guests completely forget the cheap price they paid, so I wonder where they think the money will come from to pay for improvement and if improved then it will no longer be a cheap price, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR So my advice to the complainers is IF YOU WANT PERFECT THEN PICK AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL 😀 And I will be grateful for my clean bed for the night and good night's sleep, I do not expect PERFECT for the price I am willing to pay 😀 and I say a big thank you to the kind and helpful staff.

I am a solo traveller, so imagine my suprise at check in when I am taken to NOT just a double bedroom with own bathroom, but also a kitchen area with sink, fridge and dining sitting room, also TV in fact a small apartment for the price of a room, very cheap price, YES OK SO ITS OLD 1950/1960 STYLE, SO WHAT THAT ALL ADDS TO THE CHARM, WITH AMAZING ARCHITECTURE INSIDE THE BUILDING. I can truly say this has been one of the best places I have ever stayed in anywhere. I did not use the TV after a day walking kilometres along the windy beach I was very tired and just slept no noise during nighttime I woke at 0600 as is usual for me and begin internet work, the WiFi signal is very good in this apartment, and the call to prayers at 0700 could only just be heard. At 0800 I had a shower, having been too tired the night before, and at 0900 Banana 🍌 and 🍊 which I had bought from the local Carrefour supermarket the day before. It's just a 5 minutes walk to Carrefour, and you pass other small food shops along the way, if you want to save your legs.😀

At first, there was nothing clean in the room, the bed was broken, the window is showing, also some of the toilet's equipment were not clean and others i couldn't find them like toilet paper. And then the bedsheet was not clean at all.

The reception guy was really nice when it comes to dealing with costumers.

I love this property! The apartment is clean and very spacious with a kitchen and balcony. The front desk person is very kind. It is located in a quiet location. It's also a great value.
