Our host Aziza was super nice and helpful and also gave us hints which sights to see and where we could go! The breakfast was very good and lovely!

Small things but another set of towels would have been nice. There could have been another bar of soap for the shower. And a few more coat hangers. A map of the medina would also have been helpful but these didn’t detract really from the stay.

The breakfast was very good - filling & tasty. Staff were v helpful. The complimentary taxi & tea and sweets on arrival were a nice touch. The room was spacious, quiet & the bed was comfortable. The riad’s location was very good.

The location was excellent nearby the Kasbah, the maritime promenade, indide the medina. The Riad's staff were amazing, immediately available and always helpful. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. The internet worked very well.

The shower did not properly drain the first night but the staff were on it and fixed it the next morning while we were out.

The breakfast was amazing! Best coffee across the whole trip. The staff were so kind and accommodating, I could not recommend them enough.

I think our room on the top floor may have had a bit too much furniture in it. But the bathroom was amazing and everything else was great.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff was knowledgeable, organized and friendly. We were greeted with mint tea and a paper with suggested sites of interest and restaurant recommendations. Really not a thing to complain about about during this short stay in Rabat, a city that should not be missed.

Very small detail - the night staff were not very friendly. It was the first riad in Morocco that did not offer us a welcome tea. Perhaps it is because of the time of our arrival.

Beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. The room was large and had a huge bed. Very comfortable. Everything about the room and bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was very good and included a nice variety of fresh fruit. Aziza and the staff during the day were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not a lot, perhaps the lack of sound insulation, but that is part and parcel of a Riad.

If you like to be in the middle of the medina, it’s perfect. But if you are driving then it’s a little further to walk. The property is a traditional Moroccan house, so with that in mind it is great to experience what that is like. Aware that you will be able to hear noises from the courtyard, that windows are not the most sound proof and the doors has more gaps than modern doors you see in new builds. It’s very authentic. There is a mosque right next door so every morning at prayer time around 6-7am (it changes), the mosque will play out the prayers loud…it took me a few days to get used to it, if you are not prepared for that it will come as a shock. The room is spacious, the breakfast is okay, more than enough food really for breakfast for me. But it is the same everyday, I stayed there a week so by the end I got a little bored of it. Not a negative as most people only stay a couple of days. The rooms also has air con which is a nice addition.

Great location, very accessible and well situated. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Aziz & Aziza whose fluency in English made my stay so much easier. Excellent service, especially because they reserved a cab to and from the airport and gave great recommendations.

The riad had a great location in the Medina and it was easy to explore the Kasbar nearby. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful in recommending restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend. The rooms were clean and decorated wonderfully. Very romantic place to stay.

Riad Al Mazhar is a slice of heaven on earth!!! Aziza and her husband and their staff made me feel at home from the Airport welcome to the end of the stay. I strongly recommend this special place to everyone especially to those who would like to connect emotionally with Morocco, its people while discovering the true beauty of this amazing Kingdom!🙂

Aziza was a wonderful host and so helpful to us in many ways, suggesting the best spice shop and sharing remedies for my son who was not feeling well. Beds were comfortable and big! The Riad was peaceful yet close to Medina. It is a bit of a walk from parking to Riad.
