Everything! The pictures don’t do the place justice - it’s breathtakingly beautiful & the interiors are just aesthetically gorgeous. - Location is 10/10 - Staff: Ahamad & Maucheen are just incredible, but all staff members are very wholesome & friendly - Tea: Hands down the best Moroccan tea I drank on the whole trip. - Breakfast: So fresh, so filling!

A perfect place to relax after exploring the city. A small, comfortable, quiet hotel centered around a pretty courtyard. The staff were wonderful, especially Mohcine who was always there to offer us tea or coffee at any time of day. The breakfasts were delicious. The manager was also very helpful with daily meetings to propose a personal itinery for the day. After the hustle and bustle of Marrakech this quiet hotel was just what we needed to unwind.

The Riad Albatoul is absolutely well managed by Ahmed and his brother Mohsen and for sure highly recommended. The Riad is in the middle of the very crowded centre but you can almost hear nothing when you’re in your room. We had a beautiful stay and I’m sure we will be back very soon.

Genuinely the best stay I have had across several Riad's on my 4th visit to Marrakesh. The hosts Ahmed and Mohcine both are absolute sweethearts and gents from exact point of arrival ultimately till departure 3 days later. Helped me purchase a sim on the night I arrived, provided everything promised and went above & beyond to cater to any / every need. They are amazing people doing an outstanding job for this Riad. They should be recognised as excellent 5****

What an amazing find! We loved everything about the riad. The location is perfect for exploring the souks and all the main tourists attractions. Considering how close it is to the centre, it is so calm and quiet- the sunset from the roof top terrace was especially beautiful. The hosts Ahmed and Mohcine were so helpful and really made the stay very comfortable. The riad itself is beautiful and the breakfast was a highlight!

Breakfast was first class. Just what you needed to set you up for a busy day. Coffee / fresh bread / fruit / whatever you like these guys cater for you. We were travelling with kids & they also made sure breakfast suited them.

Albatoul is truly a little gem. Renovated incredibly, its true charm lies in the service and countless attentions it offers. Impeccable cleanliness, 5-star room comfort, and a private hammam on-site with top-notch massage service. Special mention to Ahmed, whose care for guests makes organizing last-minute excursions effortless. The breakfast is simply outstanding.

One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the camaraderie fostered among guests. Ahmed's warmth and genuine care created an atmosphere where strangers became friends. I don’t often write reviews but in the case of Riad Albatoul I felt that it was deserving. It’s in an excellent position just a few minutes walk to the Djemma El-Fnaa. restaurants and places of interest. The property itself is beautifully decorated and has excellent facilities. it is truly an oasis of calm after the chaos of the souk. The breakfast is sumptuous whilst home cooked meals were tasty and far better than some of the best restaurants in the medina. What really made our trip were the amazing staff. In particular Ahmed and his brother Mohcine who were helpful and couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely visit again and can’t recommend it enough for future travellers.

We travelled as a family and booked two rooms at Riad Albatoul, the riad exceeded our expectations! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful (big thank you to Mohcine). The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped (i.e with a safe), bathrooms are high standards (compared to other riads we have done). The breakfast is generous and delicious. We slept really well, no noise and windows are well insulated (unlike other riads). It’s a small riad and therefore we found it peaceful and quiet. We would happily come back. Location is convenient as it’s within walking distance of everything in the Medina.
