The room was small, windowless, and a bit claustrophobic – although the friends we were traveling with had a window and were plagued by mosquitoes and noise. The staff gave us a fan which made the room comfortable.

Riad Amr was a good choice. It’s located in the medina (old city), yet it was perfectly quiet. It is a short walk to lots of restaurants and Tangier’s sights. It’s also a short walk from the Tarifa-Tangier ferry, which was supposed to be where we would arrive, but tour ferry was cancelled and we had to switch to Tanger Med – about 20km away. Oh well. The staff were all super-nice, and breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable.

Very accessible just in the Medina, very clean and nothing was too much bother for the owners or the staff. I think people might appreciate a breakfast with a little more bread and maybe more european.

The location is perfect, it’s possible to walk around the medina and explore the city. People who work in the Riad are really helpful and kind, they take care of everything for you. Breakfast really good and if you ask at the reception they will be able to cook dinner for you, their tajine is delicious. I hope to come back there soon!

There was an issue with our reservation (I had a request for a room on the ground floor which they never read. However, they found a solution by moving us to a newer hotel of theirs for that night. They seem to have some communication problems with the Booking message property platform.

Ali was very attentive to his guests despite his young age. The Riad is new and a family business with dedicated owners. Breakfast was nice. Ali helped us with the taxi to the airport at early hours of the morning.

Bit cramped for room and quite dark. We had a room on the ground floor near the entrance so it was a bit noisy with comings and goings.

Right in the beating heart of the medina, step out the front door straight into the buzz of Tangier. Excellent rooftop dining area.

The way that the Riad is designed means there is no outlet for the humidity of the shower. As a result, the room smelled of damp. The other issue we had was that the bathroom window was overlooked by the upstairs so we had to keep it closed while in the bathroom, adding to the humidity problem.

The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The room was large enough and clean. Very comfy beds. Location was excellent right in the middle of the medina. Easy enough to get to.

The place is stunning, proper Moroccan Riad, in the center of the Medina, as soon as you step out of the property you find yourself in the middle of the markets. The staff is so nice and welcoming, they accommodated every needs that we had and the food is delicious. Ali is the best host you can have, he showed us the city and told us where to buy good food.

The bathroom door is a bit low and it's easy to hit your head.

The Riad AMR is located at the old town of Tangier, it is very convenient to walk to the museums, shops, restaurants and tourist sites. The staff is very friendly, the room is very clean.

Located right in the zocco, great location if you want to wander around to do some shopping. Breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive and helpful. All in all a pleasant stay and not bad value for money.

The beds were a bit hard (for one of us), but that was addressed with some extra blankets underneath for padding. Also, it can sometimes take a little while to get through the locked front door, but don't worry, you'll get in.

Everyone was super friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The location is beautiful. The service was excellent. Anytime we raised a concern or made a request, the staff accommodated us and did their best to help us.
