When we booked the riad it had pictures of two pools but we were unable to use the second pool unless we booked in for a spa treatment at an additional cost.

When you turn the lights off in the room all the phone chargers stop working. If charging at night the only charger that worked was next to the sink & water dripped on to one of our phones & ruined it. (Not saying that is the hotels fault )

The Moroccan breakfast was exceptional! The Spa treatment and massage were excellent, it was simply the best massage I have ever had! Highly recommend the Spa facilities. Must not forget that our catered dinner was the best we had on our entire trip to Morocco from the Starter to Dessert, yummy!

Minor thing: Breakfast is in the terrace so if you are staying on the top level you have to go down to let the staff know that you are ready.

We had a great time as a family of 4 staying at Riad Bindoo & Spa. We all stayed in one room which was ample for us. We used the pool, which was really refreshing! We had a great 3 course meal, whist the kids had amazing breaded chicken! We all experienced our first hammam, which was a great experience! I had a wonderful massage! We would definately go back, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, they even helped to "advise" on the Moroccan "tooth fairy" when my daughters tooth fell out!

All good, only small thing is that there does not seem to be any choice of what you get for breakfast, we were only there for a few nights so it didn’t really matter but if you stayed for a week then a choice would be good

All good , 10-15 minutes walk covers most of where you need to go in the city we only needed a taxi once , located beside a local food market with some nice family owned restaurants

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Helped book taxis, decorated the room for my birthday and even gave me a birthday cake on the day! The location is great, and the room is comfortable. Loved having breakfast at the terrace!

The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to provide an answer or advice when needed. My female travel companion and I felt very safe. The views from the terrace were stunning as was the decor of the Riad. The food served was delicious.

Unfortunately we didn't get to try the SPA. The day we entered the SPA to do a short visit, there was a dirty (feet) smell in the air so we didn't stay long before leaving to come back another day.

The Ryad is beautiful such is the terrace. The room was amazing -> huge, clean, modern. The staff were very nice, helpful and kind. They prepared a birthday cake for my partner upon our arrival and arranged the bed nicely with his name written with rose petals. We had breakfast prepared for us on the terrace with fresh orange juice, coffee, moroccan tea, pancakes and fruits (which some (apples) could have been tastier).

This is a very nice riad. Staff is very friendly, they will help you with anything you need. Very nice terrace with to chill and tak e breakfast on sunny days. Very good location, with the mix of tourist/local restaurants and shops. Driving there can be chaotic, so ask for the nearest parking to staff before arrival.

Riad Bindoo is a beautifully decorated and aesthetically renovated Riad with a beautiful and very qualitative Spa. Every room has his personal en artistic touch. The Riad is ideally located, and close to everything. You can walk to the main attractions by foot. The staff is very nice and helping.
