Absolutely everything. The location is very central, and still quiet. The Riad is lovely, very beautiful and shining with cleanliness. The staff are amazing, welcoming, helpful, polite and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the best we had in Morocco. We were also welcomed through the telephone by Pierre, who took really good care of us, when we had problems with our flight and needed to get earlier to the airport. It is no exaggeration to say that I would prefer this Riad to any 5-star hotel and I mean it with all my heart. I recommend this Riad warmly. It's a shame we only stayed one night in Marrakech, I wish we would have stayed longer. The Riad feels like a home in this magnificent, but very chaotic city.

Excellent riad, super lovely and green roofterrace where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Relaxing start of the day before going into the bustling medina. Great location close to many sights. Attentive staff and owner at disposal for any questions. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect

Amazing stay. We had the chance of having the Riad for ourselves as we were a group. It was very very clean, service was amazing available 24/7 for us (they made everything easy for us). The dinner at the Riad was incredible. Pierre arrange everything for us (dinner, transfers…) we were even escorted to the taxi at nights in the way in and out even though it is super safe and close to the place were the taxis do the drop off (1 min) so the Riad it is not very hidden and you don’t have to walk. We will come back for sure!!! Many thanks to all the team.

The location was perfect. The main square was no more than a 7 minute walk away. The taxi to and from the airport were organised for us and when we arrived we were greeted with fresh mint tea and some snacks. We were served a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace every morning which was served by the incredibly helpful staff. The first night we opted to have dinner at the riad which was amazing! The staff at the riad were incredibly helpful and kind. They were happy to answer any questions always and guide us as we explored Marrakech. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

You know you've picked the right Riad in Marrakech when you are overcome by its astonishing tranquility and simple elegance. And this is the case. You are always greeted with a smile from a very helpful staff, find fresh flowers in your always impeccably clean room (even the hand soap smells great) and you can observe small birds happily jumping from one aromatic plant to the next of the rooftop terrace while enjoying a delicious breakfast. All this only 5 minutes away from the Jemaa el-Fna square! What more can we ask for?

We really like our stay here. Everyone is exceptional. Pierre, Fatima and Muhammad went out of their way many times. We were accommodated early since we arrived earlier than intended. They also lend us charger when i forgot to buy a socket. This and many more! Facilities were also great, very clean and serene.

This was the fourth Riad we visited in a week and by far the best one. Well, they're all amazing, especially because you really don't know what to expect from the outside! Where is this narrow, (a little) dirty alley full of stray cats going to lead me? Well, to Narnia, that's where! Beautiful interiors, rooms and terrace for breakfast. Staff lovely and accommodating too!

This was more than amazing experience! Super beautiful riad,comfy bed, luxury breakfast, lush garden terrace, very responsive and nice personal! Host Pier was amazing-immediately responding and very clear communication! We just loved everything about this place and would come back! We recomend this for everyone! Location was also really good-safe and just 5 min until big square.

To be honest, there is nothing to criticize

I had a wonderful stay in Marrakesh and especially at Riad Dar ChaCha. It was my first time in this city and I wanted to choose a riad that was nice and stylish and centrally located in the old town and I definitely found what I was looking for. - perfect and delicious breakfast - clean and extremely stylish and quiet room - Very helpful and friendly staff - the owner Pierre is always available should you have any questions - very good and quiet location in the middle of the old town of Marrakesh

Beautiful modern interior with attention to details. Even have rose petals scattered in the carpet and breakfast table which adds a welcoming feel of being special. Breakfast is superb in the rooftop. Cleanliness and the nice fragrance all over the room and riad. Staffs are friendly and Pierre manage to be contacted even theres abit of difficulty but that's understandable. Location was great accessible to everything

Honestly nothing.

I can’t recommend this Riad enough. The location is excellent (very central), the staff are unbelievably attentive and friendly, Pierre is always on hand to help out and provide advice, the room was beautiful with comfortable bed, and finally the breakfast was a real highlight; the pancakes are the best we had! We couldn’t have expected this property to be as good as it was for the price, a real gem.

We were a group of 9, and we had the whole place for ourselves! Pierre was amazing in helping us with all our inquiries and requests, he was very responsive. The staff were very helpful and kind as well. Definitely the highlight for us was the dinner that we requested for them to prepare on our first - I think this was the best Moroccan food that we tried, super tasty! Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. And we enjoyed the rooftop and the common area as well when the group got together. Location is good and we can walk a few minutes to the main square, close to local shops and restaurants as well. We also booked the airport transfer with the property, which saved us a lot of hassle. All in all, a really good value stay for a very reasonable price! We are greatly satisfied with our stay.

The only small problem that we noticed, was the mold on the top of the bathroom but still, it was not a bad factor for the whole stay.

It was a nice decorated riad, so peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and served always on the terrace and at our own request time. The location was also great since we could reach almost everything by foot! The people were polite and always happy to help us with any questions. Also, we chose to eat dinner at the riad during the first night and it was amazing Morrocan traditional cuisine in the super beautiful terrace.
