Gorgeous Riad in a great location. The staff were amazing. A special shout out to Hakim and Abdelhak who were fantastic and looked after us amazingly well with big smiles on their faces. I think Abdelhak is the happiest person I've ever met. We were left to our own devices but they were there if we needed anything. The Riad is a calm and quiet oasis away from the busy streets of Marrakesh but within walking distance of most of the sights. The rooms are gorgeous and it has the added bonus of a small pool. Great for dipping hot feet into at the end of a long hot day! I would love to visit Marrakesh again and Riad Dar One will be top of my list for accommodation.

Rooms are lacking a safety deposit box. Sound travels between the rooms easily.

Excellent location and very attentive staff who were there to support 24/7 with things bookings for restaurants/trips etc.

Better variety at breakfast. Hot-tub being in working order would have been good.

Staying there for 8 nights resulted in the breakfast becoming a bit repetitive and limited.

The room on the ground floor is next to the kitchen, you may have some smell in the morning

Peaceful, intimist, clean. The breakfast is changing every days. They helped us with the booking of restaurants, activities and so on. Really dedicated. It is well located (15min from Jemaa El fna by foot, which is cool as it is then quiet). I 100% recommend it

It's a Riad, so don't expect normal room features like a kettle and a fridge. This is no problem as everything you need is nearby!

Great place to stay, convenient and homely. Staff are excellent and go along way to make sure everything is just right for your stay

The two things that could have been improved would have been more lighting in our room. As women it was very hard to get ready in our room 😂 The other thing would be better options for breakfast with people with dietary requirements.

The walls are very thin and you can literally hear exact words from the neighboring room if they don’t keep their voices at a low level. But for the most part it was very quiet.

Our stay was very personalized. The hosts asked us what we wanted to do and made sure to give us great recommendations. Whatever we wanted or needed our Riad manager made sure it would happen! The site was immaculately clean and we felt totally safe.

Nothing, it was perfection.

The decor was traditional but also luxurious and chic. The staff was like family to us almost immediately. They care about their guests more than any place I’ve ever stayed before. They truly will make your trip. Abdel in particular, the manager, will be texting you constantly and making sure you are experiencing Morocco to the fullest. Even after I left he continued to help me with my trip. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and stylish. My ultimate favorite hotel I’ve stayed at.

The staff were so helpful, offering a airport taxi service, an arrival meal and recommendation's to the best restaurants and sights. The Riad it self was beautiful, our room was spacious and had the biggest bath which was great to cool down in at the end of a long hot day exploring the city. The roof top terrace and hot tub was also a nice place to relax and chill out if you wanted a quieter day.

The Riad is well located in the Medina. The general display is well curated and of understated design. the room is spacious and perfect for a couple. Monsieur Hassan is really welcoming and relaxed in his duty of Night Manager, providing comforting and professional service. The fleur d’orange scent is remarkable. The local petit dejeuner is yummy. This was a lovely Oasis on the edge of the Medina. We had such a pleasant stay and were well looked after. We loved the breakfast and the rooftop and can’t thanks Hassan enough for running drinks up to the top!

All was good.

Everything was great. The day I arrived the staff of the hotel reached out to me to see how was everything going. This was very helpful because in Marrakech, taxis like to overcharge when they see you are a tourist. I asked for the fair prices and the response was immediate all the time. The room was great, the decoration awesome and the rooftop has a wonderful view. I would defnitely stay again.

We stayed in the Oasis room which is on the ground floor. The room was lovely but if I could pick I’d go for a room on the upper floor for the sake of privacy.

It’s an oasis in the middle of a lively city. The staff was amazing, helpful, attentive and caring. The property is well taken care of and clean.

We loved everything!

The staff were so helpful. They arranged an airport transfer for us that waited for our delayed flight, and someone came out to meet us and take us to the Riad. They also helped us with a last minute taxi, and had lots of tips about the area. Room was spacious and comfortable, really beautiful building right in the main area but very quiet.
