A superb Riad located inside the Rabat medina. Such a calm tranquil environment that immediately grabs you on arrival. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and decorated in the local colours and tiles. Breakfast was great,

There was no hot water. Not possible to shower. Some of the bathroom fittings were also very shoddy and not fixed to the wall properly. The room seemed quite humid.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The building itself was very elegant and full of character.

Like all places in Morocco, there is no heat (so we bring our own little heater).

Everything was great. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast. And fantastic staff. They were very helpful and flexible with us. Even told us a great safe place to park (6 min walk and cost about $6 a night).

The Riad was such an easy walk from the train station and well located for the medina and other sites. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, our room was enormous and had a lovely four poster bed, separate sofa and a high pressured warm shower! There was also a quiet roof terrace, which was perfect to relax on after a long day of exploring. A large breakfast was included with tea, coffee, orange juice, Moroccan pancake, bread, croissant and cake. Plus jam and honey. We liked everything about this place and would highly recommend.

The shower door didn't close properly and leaked outside, which made the whole bathroom wet. But we managed.

We stayed at this place for one night. It's location is perfect; right in the heart of the Rabat medina. It's walking distance to pretty much all major landmarks and train station. The Riad itself was decently decorated and it's beautiful. The room was good enough for a one night stay. It was clean and well kept. The hosts were quite welcoming. They welcomed us as a family member when we first came and helped with our bags. We even had a mishap at night on their bed and they were extremely kind and understanding. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. They were accommodating in understanding our request for no meat. The helper was very kind and offered us the traditional green mint tea several times. They also accept credit card, which is rare in Morocco. I'd recommend this place.

Although on booking it says parking, the parking it’s not included - however, they help you find the parking and it’s 10 mins away from the hotel which is in the medina, so impossible to park right there anyways.

The staff was very kind and eager to help at any time. The rooms are very nice & amazing breakfast.

Floor was cold so if a flip flop or something like that were provided it would have been good.

Location was good, staff was amazing . Staff callled Dunia and the cleaning lady both were very good and I felt sorry that I couldn’t properly thanked them as had to leave in hurry in early morning.

wifi not a good signal. Hard to find a parking spot if you want to avoid the underground parking lot at Bab El-Had (104 Dirhams per day!!!). Found a great place on Mohammed V street, for 60 Dirhams for two days, but on day two, the guard asked to me to leave because road work were taking place. Parking on the street is not very safe.

Owner was awesome, very friendly and courteous. Was super nice with the kids, gave great recommandations for eating and seeing.

It would be essential to keep in mind that since the rooms are around a center patio, and when the other guests have breakfast it might be a bit noisy. If you are an early bird is excellent but in my case...

We loved our stay! The riad was in an excellent location close to all the major sights, the staff and owner were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was also lovely with a big selection! We couldn’t have asked for a better riad to stay at for our visit to Rabat and will recommended it to friends and family visiting the city.
