Service was lacking. The owner didn’t explain there was another entrance, meaning we got locked out for an hour without knowing there was another way in. Nobody answered the door when we knocked for ages or answered our messages. There was also no-one available in the breakfast area to provide coffee one morning.

The bed could have been more comfortable but it’s probably a matter of taste.

The terrace was wonderful with its authentic Moroccan design, I spent time reading a book up there and it was very peaceful

Unfortunately no one came to check us in, someone just opened the door for us and guided us to our room. No informations, about the place or it's surroundings. There was no one available at the riad to even tell us what the wi-fi password was so we had to wait for hours till we could tell anyone we had arrived safely.

The room was too small for 4 pax. Lack of bedside tables where you can put things down, bathroom could be cleaner.

Location - in the heart of Medina, very near to the souk and to Place Jemaa el Fna. Staff was good, kind and available! Fantastic and very cute courtyard and terrace.

Having to go home

The location is great for bustle of the edge of the medina- less tourist based , so cheaper. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating- friendly and helpful . We will definitely stay here again. Also good transport links for travel around Morocco or airport/local city stuff.

It's cold in the winter. But we heard in the blogs that most of the riads in Morocco are cold in the winter, So we didn't make it's a big deal. Get prepared for it if you go to Morocco in the winter.

We come to Marrakech after midnight, he send as location information and deal with us getting to hotel safe and smooth. We don't stay too much at the hotel, but staff was very helpfull to us.

The cats inside the riad are mating and fighting at night

Location. Perfect for a layover stay before leaving Marrakech. The Riad is few minutes away from Jmaa efna but not far. It is near taxi stand and Bus going to airport. The Riad entrance is on the main road but quiet inside. Although not so quiet at night because of the cats. Loud cats mating and fighting at night! The staff is nice and friendly. He accommodated my checkout extension.

One window glass in the room was broken, the overall feeling was that the house could use a little renovation. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The picture of the court yard isn't from the actual building.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Location is good and correctly indicated though there are two different entrances. The building is nice although a bit rundown. Wifi worked well.

The internet connection was so slow, there are not wardrobe in the rooms. Marrakech is a place with very good price for eat in the restaurants, bar and in the street, so the breakfast here is just bread, butter and jam, coffe and tea.

The price is really cheap and difficult to say what we didn't like. The room is very basic. It would be nice to have toilet paper :).

The place was very good and the Riad's owner is the best. The Riad is owned by a family and they helped me with all kind of things. I got a heat stroke the second day and and I had their support in a very warm way. Very supportive and friendly owner. Thanks for the good time.

The air conditioning in our room was totally ineffective, making it uncomfortably hot. We did not sleep well
