The Riad is in the centre of the Ville Nouvelle, which offers the chance of a relatively calm place to which to return. However, one needs to take a taxi to get to the Medina (although this is cheap and not difficult) and there is some street noise.

This Riad is beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are attentive and pleasant. Breakfast is served in a lovely garden with roses.

Our bed was very hard, breakfast was not great (eggs undercooked, breads and cakes very tough) compared to other places we have stayed.

Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was lovely with our own bathroom and air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. I really appreciated them doing our laundry after our stay in the desert. Having not been to Fes before, I thought I was booking a Riad in the old city. This Riad is in the new centre and is about a 50 minute walk or 15 minute taxi to old Medina.

Food at the hotel costs a lot by local standards. Parking spaces are on the street, not in a closed area, but they are private.

This is a general comment, not perse for the riad, but Morroccan beds are a bit hard. I prefer a bed on the softer side

The riad was really beautiful; everything little detail was thought of. The staff is incredibly lovely, thoughtful and sweet. The riad is placed in ville nouvelle, which was perfect for us to get away from the hustle and bustle during the day in the medina.

This Riad did NOT take cards. We had to go to an ATM for extra cash to pay. We were not informed how much the dinner would be, so although it was delicious, I feel we were over charged. Would be nice to have had a map of Fes, we did not know where to go for dinner on the second night, In Morrocco it seems that the best restaurants are all hidden. You need more cash in Fes

The host was charming. The setting was absolutely wonderful.- 'a garden inside' with a swimming pool, hammocks and places to sit and read, our room had a balcony. The bathroom was not as modern but as it was all so charming - was not an issue at all. The traditional Moroccan dinner was excellent, also the breakfast. The host booked us a guide of Fes and the Medina. DO NOT GO INTO THE FES MEDINA WITHOUT A GUIDE!

Pool was a bit dirty.

Friendly staff who were very helpful. The room was very large and had a great amount of space for us to play games and hang out. The swimming pool was right outside our room. My kids loved playground with the dogs as well.

No Air con

Incredible decor, absolutely beautiful inside and out. Our room, the hotel itself and all the small details were beautiful, the staff were also very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The small pool was fabulous

We stayed during weekend and it turned out that the weekend staff is somewhat limited in what they can and can't do. We arrived very late(after midnight) and needed to print our boarding passes for next morning flight and while the available staff tried their best, they couldn't get the printer working. Despite the frustration, the staff was so helpful they left the computer in pretty much our control :-) to try out IT knowledge - we did have success in the end but lost valuable time and literally had to rush to the airport without enjoying the breakfast to its full. Also, the available staff only spoke French (other than Arabic of course) which was a bit of a problem for us.

It was located several miles away from the historic places of interest and especially the medina in a rather uninspiring part of the city.

I'm quite allergic to dust mites and I always had a really hard time while having breakfast inside in the living room because of all the carpets and pillows.

The staff was very kind en helpful, Mehdi really took his time to give us some tips and to answer all our questions at every time of the day. Also the riad is wonderful! It has the prettiest garden and pool so it's perfect to spend a day at the riad itself when the weather is sunny and warm.
