Beautiful riad with great location, right next to Jeema el fna (However still quiet, and you can sleep calmly in your appartment). All facilities which you need (private bathroom, kitchen). Amazing rooftop terrace and breakfast on rooftop. The breakfest was great, with coffee, tea, juice, different pancakes, eggs.... The host - Ali and Simo also made our stay even better, really helpful and full of advices and reccomendations. Big reccomendation.

The breakfast was an amazingly tasty authentic Moroccan breakfast! The tea, crepes, bread, spreads, fruit, coffee and juice were so fresh and tasty! I really loved the hospitality and the attention to detail. They offered a great experience of Camel Riding & set everything up. The whole stay was a seamless experience & I appreciated the hospitality to me and my family. Simo & Ali went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great: greeting my family with mint tea & sweets on the rooftop & even after missing my flight they still were able to accommodate me & my family with another stay plus car service. This was my first time in Marrakech & I am sure to return and stay here, where they make you feel at home!

Fantastic location, very close to Jemm el fna square. Spacious with separate lounge and tv with Netflix. Cute rooftop area. Amazing hosts with great English helped with advice for SIM card, hammam and general orientation. Really generous breakfast.

If you are in Marrakech, Riad Fz is an amazing place to stay. Is it in the middle of the old city but away from the market noise and you have a walking distance to the important attractions. The accommodation is an authentic Riad, and the rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is an amazing one, and we eat the best Moroccan bread and pancakes. Beds are the best ones we ever slept in. Simo and Ali are very friendly and welcoming. Simo helped us with guide and car rentals suggestions. We appreciated our staying in Riad Fz a lot.

Locks and shower need some maintenance, but this is just a minor notice that did not cause any problems for us.

Hosts were the greatest, thanks again for your warm welcome and help! Location is also very good. And i actually really liked the hard beds and pillows, slept very well. Also temperature was good, even when there was 30+ outside, the house was nicely cool to sleep.

we were overbooked and had to spend a night at the neighbor riad, but was bookings fault. Lunch and diner options unavailable, the cook had an accident and was a few days off - just difficult when you have kids. Kids bed unavailable at beginning, later they fixed it. Not entire clean, but that’s because we come near spots you usually don’t inspect - due to the kids. Cleaning lady shouldn’t move some of our stuff into the closet, we literally panicked and thought we were robbed - just some advice.

Simo and Ali are wonderful brothers and will help you with everything, they are kind, humble and funny and have really good advice Suite is large and comfortable with little kids Location is perfect Breakfast large and delicious

Alì has picked up us from the close Medina gate till the house where he has received us like old friends, serving a refreshing welcome mint tea on the beautiful terrace. What a beautiful historical location! Very nice breakfast, still on the terrace, with warming end March morning sun. Very pleased to be his guest! Thank you!

Great location (close to all important places) with a rooftop terrace, and some city view, and nice local breakfast including egg options served on it, and great, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating hosts - amazing first Riad experience, and after a couple more on the following days, still the best one. If in Marrakech, I doubt you'll find a better option.

i like that it is located at the heart of jemaa el fna, so it is very easy to get around. The riad is also very nice and homey. Simo and his brother really gave their best to accommodate us, and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad fz Marrakech. The Riad was beautiful, comfortable and the location was perfect — just a 3 minute walk to the square and souks. More importantly, Ali and Simo were so helpful and really made you feel at home. We booked the transportation from the airport to the Riad, where we were met and led directly to the front door. They directed us to the market, and helped us out numerous times when we could not find our way around. The breakfast on the rooftop of the Riad was amazing also. Overall, 10/10 stay at Riad fz. Ali and Simo will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay and feel comfortable.

Nice stuff and great contact. Thanks to Ali we felt taken care of. He gave us some advices and we had together a short walk around. He shown us the area. Nice spot for breakfast (top tarrace) and even in mid winter (Februarry) we were enjoing outside breakfast. Do not expect a meet, but good quality proper marrocan breakfast including variety of pancakes, jams, honney, amlou and other is available. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable for 4 people familly. (2 bedrooms+lving+bathroom+kitchen). Location is inside the Medina so You need to accept all pros and cons (for example good spot for visiting most of the turist attractions in walking distance, but no direct carpark). We have parked our car around 300m from Riad, and again thanks to Ali we have paid less than attendant requested us.

Very nice riad, at a 2 minute walk from the Djemaa el Fna. Everything was well taken care of by the host Simo, from the taxi from the airport to a fine breakfast, to nice conversations with some good advise about where to go. The appartement was large, clean and well facilitated. Our host Simo turned out to be a friendly and bright guy. When we come back, we will go here again.

Everything was really perfect.

The strongest part of the place, among others, is the personel! They are friendly, helpful and really trying to make you feel like at home. Even better - they try to fix all of your problems in a second. The place is big, beautiful and comfortable and is really 2 minutes walking to the main suk. We will stay there for sure again when we will be back in Marrakesh Wish you luck, guys!
