A small but impactful thing was that the attachment for the shower head in the bathroom had broken. Ideally I would expect that to be fixed as it’s minor but essentially you could only shower whilst holding the shower head not free standing. Also the breakfast was a little hit & miss the first day we were served stale bread but thankfully it improved also would prefer butter to margarine

Amazing roof terrace, nice airy spacious family room, liked that we could use the kitchen to make drinks & light dinner. Also shout out to the lady on reception ( sorry have forgotten your name) you were so helpful & arranged for my clothes to be cleaned so a big thank you.

The Raid is neglected,  beautiful photos must have been taken at a happier time. Breakfast was very simple and coffee was so weak, we always went after breakfast to somewhere else for another cup of coffee. 😉

The neighborhood is very interesting. More authentic and not so touristic compare to other parts of the Medina.

I think the outer lock on my door was a bit corroded in the salty air, as I couldn't actually get the key in the lock the whole time I was there, so my room remained unlocked when I was out (the inside one was fine). But as I was on the top floor, I wasn't as worried about security (but would be good to change that lock). There is not a hairdryer in the room, not do they have one at reception which I feel for a room of this quality is a must. And it would be great to have a towel rail in the bathroom, as there aren't any. But all in all a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Riad to stay in. The blue and white looks stunning on the upper balconies. The location is wonderful and central and the room was very pretty and lovely I slept well in the bed, it was generally quite quiet. The bed is firm (I liked that) but the pillows were very big and hard, so a bit of a crick in my neck. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast included fresh orange juice and warm breads which was lovely

Rooms are very basic, you don't have a place where to put a jacket or other things, but you have enough space on the floor. The bathroom doesn't have a door. If you want to come and just to sleep over the night it's for you. Riad needs to be repaired and please add a picture, photo or something on the room's wall, basic hanger it's so easy to add.

Miriam was very nice and tried to help with everything. Location in Medina is close to everything. Parking 5 minutes from Riad. The view from the terrace and suite is very beautiful over Medina and to the port.

Everything was great, Myriam and the staff ladies were charming. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The room for 4 is big and, even if simple, it was more than enough. The terrace/rooftop is also amazing, great views and super calm. The location is very close to everything you need in Essaouira's medina.

We did struggle to find it as the location on booking.com indicated another riad with a similar name. The street name is correct but the entrance is kind of hidden in a dark archway off the side of the street.

The property is very pretty inside with lots of bright colours and decor. The terrace is very nice. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had extra blankets and enough breakfast. The family room had a nice little seating area as well as 2 sort of separate sleeping areas. Its in a pretty good location with easy walking distance to restaurants and bab marrakesh.

My only complaint would be the slow wifi. The sheets were also quite itchy but that might be a personal problem due to my sensitive skin. There was also no AC, which wasn't a big problem for me, but it would've been a great addition.

I loved the colors in the riad, the staff was very welcoming and open to questions. The decoration was very bright and fun.

We went to Essaouira by supratours . Riad Haizea in not far from the supratour bus office. From there, straight to the gate of the medina and the street is to the left. Meryam greeted us, very hospitable, soft spoken, and walked with us to show the restaurant. Location is inside the medina, near to everything and the beach. The room given to us is on the 3rd floor, 3 flights of step but the view is worth the climb. Spacious terrace, couches to laze, very spacious room and separate sleeping space. Breakfast was good, more than enough.

i think the hygiene/cleanliness can be improved. the overall building, rooms, walls and furniture could either be replaced or renovated because they all looked deteriorated
