The beds were a little too hard for us. We prefer soft mattresses.

The staff was very friendly and the kittens were very cute. They served us complimentary tea and snacks when we arrived even though we arrived very late! They were very accommodating.

A special accommodation. Beautiful building, clean rooms and sheets , comfortable beds, air conditioned, breakfast varied and excellent taste. Terrace with comfortable relaxation space, wi-fi networks that cover the entire hotel well. On-site parking who assure the safety of our motorcycles. The hosts are more than welcoming, you feel like you're among friends. We had opportunities to listen to them sing traditional songs and chatted until after midnight- it was an amazing experience! For sure I will return here to my next trip to Morocco, not only for the good accommodation conditions but also to meet them again

We didn't appreciate the sales pitch for a 4WD tour we were getting while made waiting - twice actually, first to my partner and then to me. We stressed repeatedly that we and our small children had had a long day in the car and were just looking forward to NOT being in a car, and that we were sick and needed to rest, so it seemed a bit tone deaf how the hosts kept pushing it. I'd recommend rather putting up a board with the tour you want to offer and let people have a look at it and let them approach you for more info if they are interested. The shower tap seemed to have gone quite some time without proper cleaning - otherwise everything seemed OK.

Overall, we had a nice stay, and a warm welcome by Hassan, who spoke decent English, and his cousin. The room took a little while to get ready, as apparently it wasn't prepared for our family set up, but we we're kept waiting comfortably on the terrace with tea and sweets (and a caveat, as explained below), so no big deal. Breakfast was buffet style with good choice. The room was comfy.

Hassan and Youssef welcomed us with tea and Snacks on the terrace, they are really nice guys. The riad is very beautiful, traditional and clean. A lot of details, especially in the architecture. We left early in the Morning so they prepared our (huge) breakfast as a take-away, that was super nice for our Bus Trip.

The hotel is like a five star hotel. Nice clean rooms very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome. If I am back in Mezugar I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. I definitely recommend it to others

We had an amazing time in Riad HassiLabied, Hassan and Josep did everything to make us feels comfortable. The service is incredible. Breakfast time is customers choice and they serve a wide variety of delicious Berber delights. They cooked twice dinner for us - a selection of traditional and well cooked cuisine. In-between you get coffee and tea. Hassan and his friends played traditional music for us on the roof. The location is quiet and close to the desert dunes. The room is spacious and equipped with an comfortable bed. The shower has a nice pressure and you won't run out of hot water. Overall highly recommended, we would defiantly come back

The hot water in the showers could work better.

Very beautiful riad, spacy room and in general very nice place (rooftop, common room for breakfast etc.). The staff were helpful and open from the moment we got there. Not only did they organize the dessert tour for us, they also were happy to talk and answer some of our questions about the country and show us around Merzouga. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Morocco.

I found it annoying that he kept calling me Fatima even though that's not my name. Also the tajine I was offered had meat in it after I said I am vegetarian. It was very gross to find bone in it.

The riad was very nice. My room was good size with comfortable bed. There was also nice terrace. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. The owner gave me some fresh fruits when I arrived and his wife offered to make a tajine for me for free for lunch the next day which was very lovely of her. Their son took me to atm on his motorbike and also offered to show me around the area.

Nothing - it's the best!

This is the best place we have stayed in Morocco - absolutely beautiful hotel, with the loveliest staff!! Everything is clean and brand new, very well equipped with air conditioning, warm shower and a nice roof terrace. Hassan and Mohamed went above and beyond to accommodate us, including allowing us a very early check in, early breakfasts and giving us lifts to and from the bus station to the hotel. They speak very good English and were extremely helpful. They also organised our fantastic desert trek :) can't recommend it enough - thank you again for taking such good care of us!

Rather new place so they offer perfect value for a price. Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, all you need for short stay. Travelled with a bike, parking in the inner yard - very safe overall in Merzouga. Vibrant and cosy place.

It’s a great place for people looking for a quiet place to stay with traditional decorations it makes it an escape from the modern life. A real and great experience in the desert of Merzouga. Great location just a walking distance to the big sand dunes and the forest. The food was very delicious. We had the chance to celebrate the birthday party of our baby girl which the Riad organise it so well we really enjoyed it and we had so much fun. Thank you Mohamed, Hassan Ahmed and everyone. Highly recommend.
