Not a single thing I didn’t like about the property. One of the best I’ve stayed in.

Absolutely stunning Riad run by Marjorie and Pascal. Delightfully restored by them, it’s almost like an art gallery going up to the rooms. A great mix of traditional and modern design. The room itself was nothing short of amazing with a spectacular view of Fes including the Karaouine. Could literally spend hours on the rooftop admiring the view of the city. Stayed for 2 nights and wish it was for longer. Very impressed and Marjorie, Pascal and Bushra were very hospitable. Thanks for a memorable time here, a highlight of our time in Morocco.

Everything! The best part was the warm welcome by and great conversations with the hosts, Marjorie and Pascal who treat guests like family. It is a lovely and comfortable riad with many nice traditional touches. The view from terrace is priceless. Highly recommended riad in Fez!

Everything great tbh, nothing to dislike

This is a fantastic Riad to stay in in the old medina of Fez. The rooms and terrace are beautiful, and the hosts are so kind and helpful in every way. If we return to Fez, we'd definitely stay here again.

The house is very conveniently located close to one of the city gates in a quiet part of the medina. The location is very good, everything can be reached quickly on foot or with the cheap local cabs. The house has recently been beautifully restored with a lot of know how and taste. The hosts are warm and helpful; the breakfast is delicious and varied, the dinner, which can also be booked, is also very good Moroccan cuisine. Our room was bright and very nice. The view from the terrace and from the roof terrace, which is also accessible, is breathtaking. A wonderful stay. Thank you Marjorie and Pascal!

very nice and kind staff, very good typical breakfast with FEZ down town view and delicious dinner. attention to details and deco of this cozy riad no dedicated parking but there is the possibility to leave the car not far from the riad with local watch man that can supervise your car and help for the buggages transfer from car to the riad

Our stay in the Riad was amazing. Pascal and Marjorie treated us incredible. They helped us in every way the could, with directions, restaurant recommendations, everything we would ask or need ☺️ The riad is super nice! super clean and very well decorated! not to say that the location is great because it is in the Medina but in a quiet area. The food is amazing! we do recommend to have a dinner there! and the views from the terrace amazing 🤩

We didn't want to leave!!

The rooms and the common halls were beautiful. The location was ideal, so near one of the main gates of the Medina. The owners, Pascal and Marjorie and their daughter Melisa and their cook, Bouchra were all lovely. It all felt like home from home. The food at breakfast and dinner in the evening was excellent. The panoramic views over the whole Medina were fantastic.

The most amazing view of the city. The owners organized a Gender Reveal Surprise for us. It was so magical. We spent three days in the riad and also decided to stay every evening for dinner. They have a great female cook. We had the feeling that we were visiting mom’s house. Thank you

A thoughtfully restored riad right in the heart of the medina with a rooftop view that you could gaze at from sunrise to sunset. Super clean with a mix of original details and new, locally made furnishings. It's one of those travel gems you'd expect to see written up in a magazine. The hosts are lovely and the traditional breakfast was such a treat. I would recommend booking without hesitation!

This place was so beautiful, elegant and exquisite on every level and the service was outstanding. As an American, I think we have high standards for the places we stay and this place truly exceeded my expectations. It is decorating in the most beautiful way with unique and thoughtful touches everywhere. The owners are true hosts and take so much pride in their place and every detail. It's extremely clean and very comfortable. The view is going to absolutely blow your mind. I went to Riad Fez the night before as I was told they had the best view of the medina, but not so. This place has them beat. This Riad is absolutely delightful and next time I come to Fez I will definitely be staying here. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious. You can feel confident booking this place because it overdelivers.

Riad inaya is a beautiful riad in a fantastic location. Only recently has this riad been renovated lovingly by the owners Pascal and Marjorie resulting in a beautifully presented and very comfortable home. The owners were so helpful and full of information regarding Fes and the medina that made our stay even more enjoyable. You can enjoy your meals on a terrace over looking the medina which truely shows a true landscape of the Real Morroco. Breakfast provided were made by a local lady Bushra and always greets you with a smile. Thanks again Pascal and Marjorie .

The WiFi in our room was not strong but there was a central living room available with a strong signal. Also, the parking was difficult but doable. There is a parking area near the Riad that was under construction and should be ready for use by January of 2023 but, until then, I'd recommend using taxi's instead of a rental car.

Fabulous breakfasts (included with room) and dinners out on the terrace with an incredible view of the medina! The cleanliness, uniqueness and location of the Riad was outstanding and Pascal and Marjorie couldn't have been more gracious and helpful hosts! We highly recommend Riad Inaya without reservation!
