The window was closed but not completely sealed, so it got a little cold and the blanket was not as thick. The air conditioner didn't really heat up the room properly.

It was really clean and the interior was modern and very beautiful. The Rooftop was really nice, especially the little part with the sofas, to relax in the evening. The location is nice as well and central in the old medina. But the most outstanding thing, was the service and help on every behalf from the personal. Big thanks to Oussama for the great conversations, your recommendation, help and time we had. We didn't stay for a long time but it was great and we would definitely recommend it!

The cleanliness and the location was excellent as it was in the medina with all sites and restaurants within walking distance. The staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. We were fasting and were offered home cooked Moroccan food to break our fast with which tasted amazing.

One point knocked off for the dismal wifi. It would occasionally connect then go away, it was virtually unusable in the room. I was in room #1, perhaps other rooms have better luck. Another point is knocked off as this hotel has those annoying frosted-glass bathroom doors which don't offer complete privacy. Moreover there's about a 3/4-inch gap around the door itself.

Excellent terrace and perfect location. Although this is a riad in shape it's not a traditional once decor-wise but it's clean and more modern. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat.

A very centrally located accommodation. The staff tries everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Oussama. Also, the owner of the hotel is a very service-oriented boss. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is superb. Should we come back, we will definitely choose the hotel again.

The owner of the hotel was very kind, helping us to book a car to pick us up at the airport The breakfast was delicious, the service was very considerate. English communication was barrier-free. Because the hotel was newly opened, the facilities were very new, and the streets nearby were clean
