Overall, adequate value for the price we paid, although overall it wasn't as nice as we expected.

Our large room was a modern addition on top of the terrace, so it was not really a riad-like experience, and there were some noticeable gaps in some of the construction elements. We did expect something more than just curtains to separate the rooms, and the bathroom was pretty small, with the shower co-located with the toilet.

The location was ok, albeit fairly deep into the medina (making it a little harder to get luggage in and out). Breakfast was pretty basic. The view from the lower terrace (where our room was) was nice, even if the terrace itself wasn't too welcoming. Our room was pretty big.

The bathroom was very simple and maybe a shower curtain wiuld be helpful.

The owner was super nice and the breakfast good. Also the Riad is just beautiful.

The room was very small for two people, but still a nice room and I liked the decor.

Jbarra, the owner was awesome! Very engaging and accomodating. Interesting to talk to and engaged with his guests any time he saw them. The riad has the best and most beautiful tile flooring. Really stunning decor all around. It felt like a treat to stay there. Location was good (once you figured out how to get there) as it is right in the medina with culture all around. We ate dinner there and the food was outstanding. Great breakfast too. It was very cool!

The steps to get to the top floor where we stayed were really really steep and dangerous for my children, and the sewage of the toilets wasn't great leaving a bad smell at times.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was freshly made every morning and was delicious. The location was good too.

    Cozy accomodation in medina

A tiny bathroom with a toilet - when you shower, everything including the toilet is wet. There are quite steep stairs leading up to the room and onto the terraces - we didn't mind, but it could be a problem for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Due to some holes between the window panes, the room was quite cold at night in February. There is electric heating available, but due to the storm, the electricity didn't work at night, so we couldn't use it.

Good location in the medina, within walking distance to the sea and the Kasbah. Two roof terraces with beautiful views of the old town. The family apartment is actually completely glazed, on one of the terraces, so there are amazing views of it too - beautiful sunsets. The room is furnished very cozily, in Moroccan style. The double bed is separated from the children's beds by a curtain. Excellent and rich breakfast.

I would've liked if they had an actual shower plate with a curtain or a screen. Instead, the shower was directly next to the toilet with a drain on the floor. I'm not sure whether that's a typical Moroccan thing, but it's kind of messy. Also, the breakfast starts a little late (8:30), which is fine if you're in Rabat for tourism, but not so much if, like me, you're there on business.

The staff at this location is fantastic. They're really happy to help you with anything and are always nice and kind. The rooms are very nice and the beds are confortable, and with their massive breakfast you're ready for a full day exploring Rabat!

The hotel is in the middle of the medina and can get quite loud at night, particularly as we needed to keep the windows slightly open to cool the room down.

The hotel has a great patio and terrace and lovely breakfast. The staff are lovely and our room was spatious and comfortable.

It is very easy to get lost in the medina And we found it hard to find the Road on our arrival! People weee so friendly and helped us . We could have done with some directions on football from A Key point outside of the medina ! But we did find it with help of some v move people

Really friendly owners, great room in which the whole family of 5 could stay, safe and secure, lovely breakfasts served in the central courtyard of the Road. Lovely roof terrace with view of the city, proximity to the coast, the Kasbah and the medina

    Old amenities (especially fan).

The Riad is located very centrally, in old Medina. If you travel to Morocco first time, you might be cautious, but the area is pretty safe, there is a police station nearby and in general no one will bother you. The beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Good value for money, but the room is very small (I would say, comfortable for one person, but not more). If you are on a tight budget I recommend this place.

We liked the location and our room. However, it was the service from the owners, who worked through Eid, so that their staff could enjoy the bank holiday, which really impressed us. They were lovely.

Difficult location to find in the Medina All we had to do was ask around and people were very helpful Additional information that a car would need to be parked outside of the Medina and best footpath to get there with luggage would have been helpful as a foreign traveler that was not familiar with medinas
