    Nothing.

Jacqueline; the owner/host is a wonder. With only five rooms to let you really get the feeling that you are home in some exotic land. The rooms are spacious, the location great and breakfasts so special. No pool but spent hours on the roof. A very special place.

Wonderful breakfast and excellent room with lots of little touches as well as everything you need. Very friendly staff.

Jaqueline is the perfect host, nothing was too much for her from organising transfers to and from the airport to calling local restaurants to book a table for us. The Riad is well located, the area is safe and very close to the Souks. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were excellent and plentiful.

    Can’t say a word

Riad Jnane d’Ô as Madame Jacqueline, the owner, an artist, puts it, is her home where she invites her guests. The property is conveniently located; intimate and tastefully decorated with artifacts yet the rooms are spacious. The service is personalized and warm and she goes above and beyond to help you with any requests; arranging free transfers; being flexible with breakfast timings…you name it!

Not much to be honest. You might find a cheaper place to stay in Marrakech but I doubt you'll find a better one.

We loved staying at Riad Jnane d'O. It's a beautiful place and Jacqueline is a fantastic host who made us feel very welcome. There are lot's of good to things to say about it but perhaps the main one is the location. It's in the Medina but just the right distance from the central square in that you can walk down there easily (10-15 minute walk) but you are far enough away from it to keep the extreme touristy stuff at arm's length too as well. It's got a very neighbourly feel - people will say hello and stop to chat as well. It's also very safe and there is a security guard on duty for the little warren of laneways where the Riad is situated. There are some very nice restaurants nearby that Jacqueline will happily book for you but also some cheap and cheerful eating places that are also excellent - we particularly recommend Restaurant Regue Jamaa which is just around the corner and has great food and a super-friendly owner. There is also a place to get taxis (if you need to travel outside the Medina) about two minutes walk away. Airport shuttle service was brilliant and brought us right to the door of the Riad. I really don't think there is a better neighbourhood to stay in when visiting Marrakech.

Just a tad too quite for me, which most people would love. If I talked in my normal voice, I would be easily heard throughout the Riad. Found myself whispering most of the time. Also not a great omelette.

Decided to go traditional and stay in a Riad. Jaqueline was a super host and would help you any way she could and the staff were extremely polite. The Riad was very traditional with fantastic Moroccan furniture and accessories. And the place was spotless. In fact if you stood still for too long, you would have got cleaned. The room was large and comfortable and you really felt you were part of Morocco. The breakfast was good, plenty to eat and was typical Moroccan. Delicious fruit, croissants and selection of bread/cakes. Nice coffee which is great as you get sick of the tea after a while. The Riad was located in a very clean, well lit & quite part of the Medina but about 20-25 minute walk to Jemaa El Fna.

The stay at this Riad was an overwhelming experience. Everything was close to perfection from the first day until the day we left. The warm welcome where a carrier took our luggage and where Jacqueline - the owner - welcomed us with tea and Moroccan cookies, the great decoration and enormous bedroom with lovely bathroom. Every morning a fantastic fresh breakfast with small pancakes, croissants and baguettes. Jacqueline provided us with all kind of suggestions for restaurants, trips and must sees. The location of the Riad is excellent near to the King's palace. I would really recommend this place if you intend to visit Marrakech!

Jacqueline (hostess) was delightful. She arranged airport pick up and drop off at no extra charge - including a porter with a cart to take the luggage from where the car drops/picks up - which is only a two-minute walk away. The location is perfect as it's central. We found that everything inside the Medina is walkable - no need for taxis, just a good map (which Jacqueline supplied). Breakfast is plentiful (no need for lunch!!) and varied. The fridge was very useful as we bought tonics and enjoyed G&Ts in the courtyard. There's nowhere to buy wine, so if you fancy a pre-dinner snifter, bring it with you.

I don’t think there is anything to be improved upon

Jacqueline does everything to ensure her guests have the best stay they can .She truly wants her guests to have a good holiday. She is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The Riad is an oasis of cool, calm peace, yet convenient for bustle of the city. Breakfast is lovely, and something a little different is offered each day. Lovely touch was always being offered mint tea when we sat on the rooftop terrace Especially appreciated was Jacqueline’s flexibility on moving out day. We had a late flight and she made what could have been a fraught day, very easy and pleasant.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jnane d'Ô Marrakech during the first week of May, and it was truly a remarkable experience. This riad-style hotel, owned by the talented artist Jacqueline, is a hidden gem that exudes charm and tranquility. From the moment we entered the riad, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of authenticity. Jacqueline, the wonderful owner, made us feel like we were part of her extended family. Her passion for art and design is evident throughout the riad, making it a true pearl. The riad boasts four stunning traditional gardens that are meticulously maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, a delightful gesture that instantly made us feel at home. The refreshing flavors and the cultural experience of sipping tea in the riad's peaceful courtyard set the tone for our stay. As a family with a 10-year-old child, we found Riad Jnane d'Ô to be a perfect choice. The riad's intimate and family-friendly ambiance created a comfortable setting for us. The room we stayed in was cozy and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. it was clean, comfortable, and decorated with Moroccan touches that added to the overall charm of the riad. Jacqueline's personal touch and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Jacqueline was a wonderful host, we got a lot of useful travel advice during our first stay in Morocco. The Riad is like a little paradise. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the court under the orange trees and the afternoon relaxation on the roof terrace. The hotel staff was super kind and professional. The location is excellent, within 15 minutes of walking from the main square. Also there are some nice restaurants nearby. We would love to return some day.
