The Riad is a nice old riad, and it is so cool sit in the inner courtyard and just listen to the birds or listen to the great music that the host had. But, I would say however that if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this might not be the riad for you.

I loved the location and how close it was to the roads, the beach, the Kasbah, the Andalucian Gardens, the alleys of the Medina, etc. It was very easy to find and my Google Maps shockingly worked the whole way in to the place. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The room was plenty big for two and it was very quiet and dark at night- just like every stay I have had in a Medina. Also, the breakfast was terrific and the host took care of needs immediately. He also had a great recommendation for lunch and enjoys talking with guests.

Outdoor space needed attention

Authentic property, a large room with a lot of space. If you want a real aurhentic experience in a Riad, this is a wonderful place. Host so very friendly and helpful.

Our host Issam was just the best host we ever had. From the moment we entered the riad until we left he was there for us. He showed us the best of Moroccan hospitality. We left as friends with the best of memories.

I felt very comfortable and safe here as a woman traveling alone! The atmosphere is familiar and the nice conversations with Simo in between created a feeling of being welcome! Simo was always immediately available on the phone and helped me with every question! The location of the riad is great, not far from the road if you want to continue by taxi and at the same time in the middle of the souk for shopping!

The riad is not maintained. No toilet paper, no 2,- change of our most expensive tourist /city tax (EUR 8,-) and he promised to serve us breakfast at 9am. 9:20 and still no action. We left.

Our host was amazing, we arrived late and he was so kind to come with us and show us open place to eat. The location is great, close to market. The room was nice, with hot shower. We also left our bag after check out and came back after visiting to the city.

We found the facilities uncomfortable, the common bathroom was very very small and the sink was dripping. About the room: the bedside tables were ruined, and windows were shaded with a towel. There was mold on the walls behind the bed in both rooms.

The location is good, it's really near to the Kasbah and the Andalusian Gardens. Also, the room was quiet enough. The host gave us some indication as soon as we arrived about what to visit and where to eat. He also agreed to change our room for the 2nd night to one with the private bathroom (paying the difference in cash).
