The location was very close to access the old medina, about a 15 min walk but as it was in a small windy street it sometimes felt a little strange walking back at night. This wouldn’t put us off staying there again and we didn’t have any issues, but I would walk in a couple just to be safe.

Very impressive authentic Riad! The room was comfortable and beautiful. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, talking us through the map, arranging a wonderful trip to Chefchaouen and organising a takeaway breakfast for our desert trip on checkout.

It was tastefully restored and had a feeling about it reflecting its history along with appropriate modern conveniences. It’s proximity to the Medina was ideal and accurately advertised, unlike some. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They were helpful with suggestions where these were sought and they knew what they were talking about. The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent . The staff were really excellent.

Absolutely nothing to mention!

What a spectacular Riad in the heart of the Medina in Fes. We were greeting and welcomed so warmly by staff and walked to the door by our driver who picked us up from the train station! This Riad is worth seeing in itself as it’s an incredible work of art in every way. Our every need was catered to and the spacious rooms are better equipped than many 5 star hotels I’ve had the luck to have stayed in. We felt like a king and queen here. The Moroccan hospitality is incredible and this is also felt here from all team members. This RIAD is really special, amazing value for money and impeccably decorated. We enjoyed a magical last night’s stay here ending our awesome adventures three weeks long through magnificent Morocco. Thanks to the whole team for your hospitality and organisation of our transport on both days (also fairly priced by the way). The Riad offers Hammam, massages and more too which we didn’t get to check out personally this time due to our own time limit here, however other guests shared their feedback directly with us and it comes highly recommended! If this place is free on the dates your searching, don’t hesitate to book!

The place was superb, so beautiful lounge and dining, very Morrocan inside this Riad especially room. We loved it. All facilities provided in room. Bed and mattress were topclass. Very comfy.Breakfast was so delicious. Staff Ayoub and rafik are very friendly, always helpful, easy to talk to and anything you ask they will provide you with perfect info and answers specially about fes ie for dining. Perfect food, very tasty flavour and mixing herbs cooking. We're so happy staying here and surely come back someday to spend more time in fes. Thank you for your topclass services and hospitality. Hope to see all of you again.

Amazing Riad with an even more amazing host. Ayoub was very welcoming, kind and informative. I highly recommend this Riad for the beautiful location, room, breakfast and staff. The family suite we stayed in was impeccably designed and clean. I will stay here again next time I’m in Fes. There’s an air conditioner which comes handy in January.

I had a wonderful time in Lalla Zoubida. As I was travelling in January I was almost alone. Spacious room with bed and sofa, comfortable bath room with shower, extremly quiet at night and the staff was very sweet, everyone of them. I had my best couscous cooked by the ladies! And special thanks go out to Mr. Amlou, who every morning cooked coffee with cinamon!

There isn’t anything significant I could complain about.

The riad was fairly easy to find. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The courtyard is beautiful and the welcome team was a perfect way to relax after a long travel day. The rooms were impressive with tall ceilings, comfy beds, and beautiful decoration. Clean bathrooms and shower that was stocked with body wash and shampoo. Well air conditioned. Very nearby is a bank, post drop off, pharmacy, bar, and convenience stores. Don’t miss the opportunity to take the tour of the Medina and to the ceramics co-op. Our guide was excellent! Another must not miss dinner. Fantastic assortment of local salads, crazy good dessert, and I had the pastilla which was incredible. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Ayoub, Hassan, and the team are simply wonderful. They are so friendly and warm. The rooms are lovely and big with everything you will need. The location is really good too. We were even able to get some laundry done too. Highly recommend.
