We had an excellent stay at the Riad. Location is top. Close to the area of the Djmaa El Fna, but in the Riad you only hear birds. Very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Riad was a little oasis in a very hectic city with lots of charm and incredibly relaxing. Redouan and his team were super helpful and accomodating. The room was cosy, clean & comfortable. The location of the Riad was perfect in relation to the main square, just far enough out that you can escape the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options.

We found locating the Riad a little bit tricky, only because we weren't familiar with that part of the Medina but Redoun sent Said to come and meet us, big thanks to Said for helping us. Once we found the riad the location is excellent for exploring the medina.

The Riad is beautiful and has a very calm and relaxing vibe. The interior of the riad and bedroom was very tastefully done. The morrocan tea is very nice. Redoun's communication with us before our arrival was very helpful, he was very attentive to our needs during our stay making us feel very welcome and he even made arrangements at late notice for us to have a hammam when we were no longer staying at the Riad, he really made us feel like nothing was too much of a problem. The Hammam was amazing and I would highly recommend booking one here, our therapist was very professional. We stayed in a few riads during our stay and Riad Sens and Spa tops the list!! I couldn't fault anything with this riad.

Complete serenity. Redouan and his team have created a very special environment and achieved the magical balance of giving you the space to unwind whilst always be available to support with anything. The design of the riad is beautiful. The addition of some delightful food and the spa made for a very special trip. For anyone looking to stay I'd really recommend taking a suite.

Stunning Riad. Beautiful rooms and lovely rooftop in a great location in the Medina. 3 pools in the Riad! Amazing breakfast. And most importantly, the staff in the Riad are so kind and welcoming - it makes you feel right at home from the moment you set foot in the Riad. 100% recommend.

We had such a fabulous stay. The riad is beautiful, rooms spacious, comfortable and clean, and it's a wonderfully tranquil place to relax in Marrakech. But what makes this riad truly exceptional is the incredible staff and service, which is beyond 5-star and also so genuinely friendly and personal. The whole team are lovely and they constantly go above and beyond with little touches to make the stay special and take away any stress from planning the trip. Probably the best service we've experienced from anywhere we've stayed. The food is delicious too. Transfers from the airport were effortless. Special thanks for arranging the amazing tour of the mountains, valleys and desert. Such a beautiful country!

The Riad was stunning and the staff is what really makes it exceptional. They are ready to help with anything and nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect very close from many cafes and restaurant and very safe at night. Redouan the manager and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and warm. Dinner and spa at the Riad were very convenient and the place is very well kept and quiet.

Wonderful stay at this Riad. The staff were very friendly even prior to arrival answering several questions via email. On arrival we were met by the manger who gave us welcome drinks and sat and spoke with us for around 15 minutes. In that time he went over a map of Marrakesh and circled interesting places to see and his recommended restaurants and cafes. He also circled currency exchange points and answered any questions we had giving us his phone number should we need to ask him anything else at any time. We were also upgraded to a bigger room which was beautiful. The room and bathroom were faultless as was the riad itself. Breakfast was fantastic and we can’t recommend this place enough. Ideally situated, lovely staff and good value for money. We only spent one evening here as we had booked all inclusive on the coast for the rest of our trip and wish we had stayed longer! We will definitely return.

A beautiful Riad in a great location. Room was a good size, very clean (always smelt amazing) and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with loads of variety. The highlight was the staff who were so friendly and always to happy to help! Excellent value for money, we got treated like royalty for a very reasonable price. We had the most incredible stay at Riad Jardin Des Sens and would highly recommend.
