The little lane ways were a bit intimidating arriving at night but actually fine. Amazing to have this quiet little bit of calm on the edge of the frenetic pace of the markets.

Breakfast on the terrace was atmospheric and delicious. Accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable. Location was brilliant for access to the markets.

This Riad was so lovely - the staff was exceptionally communicative before and during our trip. They arranged a pick up from the airport to the Riad, which is in a very easy location given the maze that is the medina. The rooms are very nice and having everything you need (to include a hair dryer!), but some are tubs only so if you want a shower, make sure to let the Riad now. The breakfast served was very good and filling. Overall, it was a great stay and really good value for the money. I highly recommend.

It wasn’t too much of an issue for us, but one thing to note is that you can’t get a taxi directly to the Riad, you have to walk through the Medina to get one so if you have a suitcase (10 min walk), you’ll need to either use one of the people with trolley carts, or Saad very kindly helped us to pull our case to the taxi.

We had such a gorgeous stay at Riad Lhena. It’s the perfect little oasis of tranquility away from the busy Medina. The location is great - it’s down a quiet little alley just off one of the busiest shopping streets. The Riad is really pretty - the room was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop too, great little sun trap! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - especially the omelettes and roti. But what really stood out for us was the staff - particularly Abdel and Saad. They were so friendly and accommodating. Always welcomed us with a smile!

Fantastic seven days spent in Riad Lhena! The location of the Riad can't be any better, situated at a calm street a few metres from the Medina. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also had them cleaned every day without exceptions. The best part was the friendly and welcoming staff! Great people who were always willing to help out and give advice. We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back there next time we visit Marrakech!

Location was very nearby to souk areas. Host was very kind and welcoming. He did late check in to us, gave early breakfast and kindly printed our flight tickets. The bed was comfortable. Room was chilly since it's January and building is made of stone but there was heating option in air-conditioning and also electric battery if needed. For us the warm blanked was enough. Overall nice experience to stay in typical riad. Very good value for money.

Hotel staff in morocco is generally overworked and underpaid. Their salaries can be improved!

Location is fantastic, in the middle of all the shouks. The hotel staff is very very helpful Abdul, Saad thank you for all your help. The courtyard is fantastic, we picked oranges from the tree and ate. The breakfast is on rooftop, which is super relaxed. Bathroom is big and room was clean. We enjoyed our stay here.. highly recommended!

Overall experience was superb. Being so close to the souks one would assume it would be busy around the riad and noisy. One would be wrong. A very calm and relaxing environment from start to finish. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. With breakfast being included this is great value for money as well.

The property is an authentic Moroccan Riad. It is not 5 star luxury but simple ultra clean and as beautiful as the photos show it to be. The management and staff are kind gentle and always available day and night. Best place I’ve stayed at, highly recommend.

a bit tired with paint peeling, squeezing doors and a very loud door bell that wakes everyone up when it’s rung.

The property was close to the square and handy to almost everything. The staff were great but special mention has to go to Said who is the epitome of what a customer service role should be.
