Bathroom was new but the shower could be improved. But not an issue as it was the opposite direction tap. Nevertheless need to wait for a long time before we get hot water and I don't like to waste water.

Reception staff was excellent. Helped us out in all ways possible. Location great next to the bazaar and good place to wander around.

We didn't have a good night rest so not a 10 unfortunately - we were woken up at 5am :O by the noise from the mosque speaker prayers!

-We loved our room and the balcony. -Staff lovely to us - they accommodated our breakfast for 7:40am. Thank you! -We also booked a taxi with the hotel to the airport.

Shower drain clogged Bathroom extractor fan not working

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Great value for money I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The only thing i am not aware of is beeing waking up by the pray-calling early in the morning. But after all i accepted it cause i respect the religion. In the future i hope the hotel should provide at least a mini hairdrier in every room🥰

The location is perfect . I got a room with balcony where i have the best view over the kasbah. Here is a short walk to medina and the beach. The staff is really nice and personal so you may feel that you are at home🥰

Maybe could have done with a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries etc on. Extractor fan would help with condensation in the bathroom and keep it nice.

The shower was badly designed: The shower nozzle was too high and the spray wet most of the bathroom floor. No bath mats available. There should have been more counter space near the sink—no place to put toilet kits except on the floor. It would be good to have a small elevator installed!

Breakfast was good. Location was great because it was just steps outside the busy Medina. Everyone on staff was very helpful in all sorts of ways. They let us stay an extra night in the same room despite a tour group arriving. The stairways and hallways were spacious.

Many rooms don’t have an outside window and very hard beds.

It’s a nice place if you get a good room. They let us check a few rooms and we could pick. So we could pick a nice one with soft mattress

The hôtel in a very good place inside essaouira old medina, safe and with great vibe, it's getting renovated so there's a slight difference between the rooms some are fantastic 10/10 others are only 6/10

Some light fitting were broken and had exposed wires. Smell in bathroom was bad. No extractor fan. No window in room, only window to internal foyer. Breakfast was poor.

House keeping of room a little late in the afternoon making it awkward for a rest in the middle of the day

Weak wifi signal in the room, some of the walls have signs of dirt and during the day was very noisy because of the construction...but apart from that, was ok.
