The paint on the roof was falling in some parts. The bathroom was full of mold. I asked for a Vegan breakfast in advance and they accepted it, but I end up eating only 2 slices of bread.

Position is right in front of the Medina.

The room wasn’t clean at all, from the sheets to the ceiling, even the walls and the curtains, everything was very unclean. Very noisy too

Directly above the hotel's bar/restaurant which is fine, however, they played incredibly loud banging drum music with a heavy bass - can't have a conversation in the room above loud- until midnight on 30th December, with about 2 people in the restaurant listening? (It was loud the following night but as NYE this is more expected), this meant we were unable to sleep 😔

Decent breakfast, good location and comfortable large beds in a big room, they also allowed us to leave bags on the day we checked out.

Music down stairs in restaurant was a bit loud and I was too tired and wanted to to sleep but I couldn’t and music stopped till around midnight

The staff was so friendly and kind. Location was perfect. I was surprised when I came back to room after when we went out and I found the room had been already cleaned by the cleaning crew again This is does not happen most of the time in other hotels which means the room and hotel were too clean

Amazing hotel! The comfiest beds we have stayed in so far, the staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel was always spotless even though there are still some slight construction works still going on throughout the day. The restaurant below is very stylish and has beautiful decor with very elegant and good food at a reasonable price. And wine! Breakfast was different every day and served in the downstairs restaurant, always with fresh juice, breads, and fresh tea or coffee and a different selection of cakes, omelettes and crepes. To top it off the shower was absolutely amazing! And the maids came and replaced towels, toilet roll and made the bed daily. The location was perfect, right on the main street of the Medina, so no worries about getting lost, next to great food options and shops and close to the pharmacy. Will definitely be staying again if we come to Essioura. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable while we were sick!

We were given 2 rooms, one had been modernised and was really nice and the other hadn't and was very dark and falling apart. Lights were hanging off the ceiling, window was blocked, shower was awful and water got absolutely everywhere

The cleanliness. The bathroom had no extractor fan and we were given now shower mat or hand towels. The door handles were very loose and neatly falling off. Lots of hairs in the bed. Needed to have some time spent on the finishing touches.

The hotel is in the center of the city, it is close to the sea and the old city. The man in the reception was really nice . The rooms are very clean and the service was excellent at breakfast. A harmonious team and they provide you with everything you need. They deal with special treatment to provide the best service. I will return without a doubt.

Put me on a floor with other people. My floor was deserted, it was weird. My room was windowless and the bed was unclean.

Nice staff, a perfect location, but the room was not The sheets had holes in them, I found a cockroach, and they left me with no towels a few times. I also had no windows in my room and the curtains were broken.

I just though basic stuff are missing in the room, like glass and kettle. But I will definitely go there again.

The location couldn't get better. It is in the middle of everything. On the right is the medina and left is the beach. Taxi stand is 1-2 mins walk. Staff amazing and helpful. Now that I know the area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Ibrahim was amazing and allow me to keep the room for a few extra hours as I had a late flight.

The location is strategically situated in the vibrant heart of Essaouira. All attractions are within close proximity. As for the room, it is spacious, well-lit, and equipped with fantastic views. The hotel itself is well-maintained and elegantly decorated. In terms of service, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
