Not necessarily a complain, but if you’re driving make sure to clarify which entrance to the Medina you should take to get to the parking offered. GPS will lead you through a one way

Excellent service. Ismael who seems to single handedly run the hotel is the best. Whatever you need he will help you with. He really went above and beyond! The food at the restaurant was great in case you come back late or are too tired to venture out. Beautiful interior design! Great breakfast which is included with your stay.

Honestly, best place we have stayed in Morocco. The room was incredible, I loved it, and the bed was very comfortable. The riad itself is super beautiful. But the best thing was the service, everyone was really nice and Ismael was AMAZING.

Wonderful riad in the medina. Parking on a street nearby, a short walk to the building. Luxurious main hall and some of the best food we had in Morocco.

Property is beautifully designed with intricate authentic Moroccan style architecture, no short of a palace feel. The hospitality showed by Mr. Lotif, the owner, and Ismail (helped with translation as required) was commendable. We had a huge room overlooking the courtyard where meals were served. The food was excellent as well (breakfast, lunch and dinner). You can get an excellent view of the entire city from their terrace. Entrance to the Market via the bab boujloud was only 6min. All key sightseeing locations within the Medina could be covered in less than 40min by walk from this location. When we expressed interest in purchasing a Tajine to cook along with some Moroccan spices and tea, Mr.Lotif helped purchase all the ingredients with no hassle. Might I add, at a fraction of the cost we would have paid at the market!

Nothing at all!

Very good location, hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. Ismail was always around to assist and even offered to help with luggage even though the car was parked 20 mins walk away! (Own fault for parking the car so far away, no fault of the riads) Rooms are beautifully decorated as is the entire riad. Breakfast has ample options alongside the famous tea. If staying in Fes again I would 100% return and would highly recommend to others visiting.

The location was in a perfect spot close to a Madina entrance and also a quiet spot in the Madina. The Riad itself was so beautiful and they served a wonderful breakfast and had a great traditional dinner on hand for nights when we were too tired to head out. Also- we had a mix-up with our reservation (our fault) and they bent over backwards to make sure we had the perfect accommodations for the entire family. The staff was so friendly as well. They treated us like family.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in (and we travel a lot)! Prepare yourself to be pleasantly surprised as you walk through the front door. Ismail was one of the best hosts we have come across. We were given the name of the road to come to for the car park, and when contacted the property, Ismail came to show us where to park (paid 20MAD per night for the parking). We were treated with refreshing juices on arrival, and the lunch at the Riad was one of the best meals we had in all of Morocco. The Riad also has a beautiful rooftop from where you can see all of the Fes Medina. They also arranged a guided walking tour of the Fes Medina (which lasted for almost 5 hours with an hour for lunch) during which we visited almost all of the places of interest in Fes on foot. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. We will definitely be staying here if we are back in Fes.

The Riad is meticulously maintained, boasting impressive architecture that transports you back in time upon entering. The service is outstanding, and our stay of 3 nights resulted in a generous room upgrade. What truly impressed us was the remarkable quality and variety of the food offered, particularly the outstanding breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home after a long journey. Without a doubt, we plan to visit again and wholeheartedly recommend this Riad.

Amazing place! It's even nicer than the pictures show. Very clean and quiet with beautiful, large and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast and wonderful staff! The owner is kind and helpful, and his manager, Ismael is just as great! Location is perfect as it is at the beginning of the medina but still very near parking. Wonderful view from the rooftop terrace as well. Highly recommend for a stay in Fes!

The wifi was sometimes slow in our room but we just went up to the rooftop and the connection was great there.

The service here was exceptional. I honestly don't write reviews but this one needed it. We were welcomed by the staff upon arrival and served hot mint tea. The staff then showed us around the Riad which included a really nice rooftop area with lounge chairs. The room was cozy, clean, had air conditioning/heat and any other amenities that a typical hotel would have including bathrobes and slippers which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also really nice. They had it buffet style every morning complete with pasteries, eggs, yogurt, jams, and lots more. The riad also had dinner service available for an additional fee and you need to let the staff know an hour in advance since the food it made fresh. The part that made our trip to Fes special was the staff and how they went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. We had to book a train to Marrakech and the owner drove us to the station and helped us purchase tickets so we could pay with card instead of cash. And when we checked out, they brought us each waters to take on the road. There are too many great things about this Riad and you will not be disappointed.
