The room and facilities were great however there was issues with the internet which meant no tv connection. However the staff were excellent and very helpful which made up for any issues.

Need to walk a little bit into the Medina, but honestly that’s alright and part of the experience.

Water pressure wasn’t the best for showering or hot water . One night there was alot of noise from the upstairs rooftop.

I enjoyed our room and little balcony where we sat and had dinner while listening to music . Very special . Our dinners and breakfast were wonderful. All 3 breakfasts we had Muhammad as our waiter and he was wonderful . The best waiter of our 2 week trip in Morocco. Our 2 hour spa was incredible! It was great having a refrigerator in our room , the first in our entire trip . Enjoyed the music and found the food very good and reasonably priced.

Everything was great

We had an amazing stay at Riad Monceau. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home by all the staff who were working there. I would especially like to thank Mohammad, Hosni, Mustafá, Hicham & Maroua. They made my birthday really special. We loved the Jazz music which was on every evening between 8pm-11pm and both restaurants serviced excellent food. The ambience and atmosphere was 10/10. We also really enjoyed the hot plunge pool , it was like a little oasis and the spa experience with the massage and Hammam was so relaxing.

We had an evening meal at the bistro which was a bit disappointing. There is also live music every night until 11, which wasn't unpleasant but it would have been good to know so if we wanted some peace we could have booked an outside facing room

From our arrival the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The building was beautiful and mixed luxury and quirkiness absolutely perfectly. The offers that the hotel offered were good value for money. We took the cooking course and the Hammam spa which were both excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of moroccan delicacies each day.

Slight issues with the plumbing, the toiletries were not labelled and there was no where to hang the shower head when showering which for someone with long hair was slightly annoying.

The only minor thing for people to be aware of is that a band play nightly until 11:30pm in centre of Riad, the music is amazing and this makes for a great atmosphere, but won’t suit those who maybe want an early night.

The shower lacked pressure.

Great location just a couple of minutes from the Jemaa el Fna. Comfortable rooms with very helpful staff. Excellent atmosphere with live jazz every evening. Extremely generous breakfast. We really enjoyed having Moroccan tapas in the rooftop bar as well as a delicious dinner by the pool.
