A bit far from the Medina, needs to take a taxi but overall is a safe location.

The room is spacious and clean. The Riad is also pretty cool not too warm inside. I did not use the AC.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool and gardens spacious bedroom and bathroom and amazing terrace. The staff are so friendly and helpful... lovely people. Not too far from the centre of Fes by car but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. 5 minutes walk to cafes and shops. Absolutely loved our stay.

Great breakfast and all of the food ordered from the menu was very nice and good value. Nassima and her team are all fantastic and incredibly helpful. Great satellite TV in the room was an unexpected bonus with Sky, BT and TNT sports all available - not sure that my wife felt quite the same way about that though TBF !

The TVs were not working, there was no signal. The bathroom in one of the rooms was clogged.

Typical Moroccan Riad, everyone who goes to this country must visit one. Friendly staff, peaceful neighbourhood. The breakfast was okay and there is a free parking space in front of the hotel which is a big plus for people with cars.

The riad is close to the airport and has good parking facilities for the car. Very handy in case you arrive later in the day in Fes. The riad has a large swimming pool and a nice garden. Great breakfast. The dinner came from an outside company. Understandable, but a bit fast food type of food.

I didn’t mind as a had a car but the Fes town centre or Medina is not easily walkable. (I must admit I was driving to further places from this base).

What a wonderful Riad, it ticks every box for character, comfort and first class service. The public area and pool area are excellent, what a delight it must be to have breakfast by the pool in the morning. (Unfortunately overcast the morning we were there). The staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient and a credit to the riad. Our room, Sophia, number 4, was a really good size and very comfortable. It had a fridge , kettle, coffee machine and TV. There was a large balcony but it looked onto a busy road, (with such a nice pool area this is not an issue). The bathroom was once again a very good size. Breakfast was excellent, fabulous choices and wide selection made the night before. All fresh and really well presented. We went out for something to eat which was a mistake, much better idea to have dinner in the Riad which I'm sure would be very good. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport for 120Dh, only takes about fifteen minutes. This riad is ideal for anyone with a car or wanting to be close to the airport for an early departure. In summary, fabulous riad which was very comfortable and relaxing, ideal as a base if you only want to nip into the Medina and go on day trips. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Perhaps the shower looked a bit too modern in comparison with to the rest of the awesome traditional architecture of the building. Nothing serious though. The room was great and with a big balcony facing the swimming pool/garden.

The reception staff was very kind and supportive in accommodating all our special requirements. The facility is located conveniently close to the airport. The Hotel can arrange for you a safe transport to the airport at any time day/night (15 minutes drive, cost 120 D). The restaurant serves excellent traditional dishes upon reservation (3 hours upfront). Spa was under maintenance at the time, however the swimming pool and lush garden surrounded by walls, offer a peaceful break from the buzz of the City Center. Recommended.

The Riad is located quite far from the Medina and not near anything which meant it it was quiet and safe . We were glad to be away from the business of the Medina. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, beyond our expectations The pool was fantastic.

everything Perfect

This Place was such a nice and quite Oasis. Everything was wonderful: amazing Pool area, beautiful Garden and Top- Rooms . but the real difference that made it a 10 out of 10 were the 2 wonderful, helpful 2 ladies from the frontdesk: Zahra and Nassima! both acted OUTSTANDING in hospitality, helpfulness and a service which is just EXCELLENT. both made our stay Perfect : they read each desire from our eyes and organized everything. Even More challenging requests. this was the best Service we had on our whole morocco Trip with stays in > 10 different accomodations. thanks to both for this experience.

I had a good time staying in this Riad. very beautiful (that's my first impression) staffs are nice and really helpful. breakfast is yummy and plenty. I really love the Fes traditional eggs. pool is big but I didn't have time to go swim. the room is comfortable. we got the room with balcony and I enjoy my morning on the balcony a lot. thank you so much for hosting us. we will definitely come back to Fes and stay here again!

It is far away from the old town but to be honest it suited us perfectly as we wanted some relaxing time.
