Wonderful location and easy walk to many things. Jamal was a perfect host and took very good care of us! Tea when we arrived, breakfast early on days we had tours planned, securing taxis when we needed them, anything we needed he helped us with!

The mattress could have been a bit better (firmer).

Cozy and relaxing Riad with a very good vibe. Great location and the staff was super helpful. We have been in 3 Riads in Morocco and this was our favourite. The breakfast was also the best one we got. Abdil was friendly and caring.

We booked on a flexible basis because of the Covid situation. Unfortunately we both got Covid a week before we were to travel so we tried to change the booking via the change request option. It showed a slight increase in price but we were happy with that. We were not very happy however when the Riad owner (who we didn't meet) rejected the change and asked for a significant increase in the price advertised on Booking.com. I contacted Booking. Com who spoke to the manager and sorted it out for us. We were grateful for this intervention as it got us off to a bad start with the Riad.

The staff were friendly, attentive and informative. Can't fault their service. Breakfasts were excellent too with fresh fruit, good coffee with hot milk, bread, potato cakes, egg, cake and pancakes. Lovely roof terrace. All in all a beautiful relaxing place to stay. Thank you

Riad Sheba is great! The apartment is located near the old town Medina. Within walking distance are numerous nice restaurants, stores and the marketplace - super located for shopping and strolling through the city. The apartment is extremely quiet and we felt super comfortable! The room was small but nice - it’s very clean and you regularly get new towels and bathrobes. The breakfast was also great! We got different types of bread, cream cheese, jam, cake, eggs, orange juice and coffee every morning. Even a gluten-free-breakfast was no problem. A big thank you to Jamal who gave us many helpful tips for our stay in Marrakesh and assisted us with everything. He is such a friendly, dedicated and hard-working person. We would always book Riad Sheba again!

Lovely staff working in the Riad, very helpful and kind. Very cute place, although Medina is quite loud it is very peaceful inside the Riad. Room was good size with private bathroom. Breakfast was also very tasty with homemade breads!

Abdel and Jamal were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast and the Moroccan mint tea were delicious and the Riad is really well located. Highly recommend.

Staying in Riad Sheba was absolutely special and an extraordinary experience. Everything we could ask for was perfect and even more. We felt more like home and our lovely hosts were the most polite people we have ever met. They felt more like friends and family for us. They provided us the best service, they were helpful and took care about us like noone else. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, the apartment has a huge shower, TV with Netflix, comfortable bed… and beautiful interior. The riad has beautiful rooftop teracces and amazing breakfasts are provided. Wow! The best holidays we ever had and we hope we are back soon. Thank you thousands times for everything!

Wasn’t keen on having to ring a bell to whether the hotel after having been out. You have to wait for someone to let you in. While it’s not a long wait, it can be a little off putting if you’re coming in at night.

From my 2 weeks traveling around Morocco this was first accommodation who did not offer a drinking water on arrival (we had to buy our own). The breakfast was very basic, and no fruit at all. For our three day stay did not changed at all. For the moroccan tea first day we had the full pot, then by the last day we only received one small glass.

The Raid is central situated and very good location to get to Medina. The rooms were cleaned daily and we have been give also new towels every day.
