Amazing staff; we mostly dealt with Jamaal and he is a gem of a guy. He took care of all our requirements and would often check with us if we needed anything; his mint Tea is out of the world. The Riad itself is located in a quiet alley, under 10 mins walk from Jemma - el- fenna, allowing us to be out and about till quite late at night. We arrived late and a very tasty meal was ready, for us. Taxi to and from the airport was arranged by the Riad, which although expensive, was worth the money. Absolutely loved our stay. We interacted with a few other staff and they all were very helpful and courteous.

Missed some bread in the morning. Rest was perfect.

Beautiful stay near medina, easy to find. Loved the riad, the room and staff. Just few rooms, quiet oasis after busy day. Our deluxe room was super nice and decorated with very good taste. Breakfast with coffee, tea, moroccoan pancakes, jam, cream cheese and yoghurt. Staff was friendly.

It would be great to have hot water for longer but this was so minor compared to the rest of our stay.

Riad Sheba was such a great place to stay in Marrakech. We had lunch with them that was a bit expensive (21 euros each) but completely worth it for the relaxed and private dining experience. The room was so comfortable and clean—can’t take super long showers but short ones spaces apart seemed to work okay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They provided service 24 hours a day and helped us with directions, showed us the best currency exchange place and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Great location, not too hard to find. I would chose to stay there again.

Great staff, Jamel and Fatima were so nice, great and helpful. They gave great recommendations for things to do and breakfast is very tasty.. The riad is in a great location too! Will be back :)

The Riad was pretty and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and flexible with our timings including when going for activities. We felt very safe despite being very central location. Perfect location to access the main Souks, few minutes walking distance.

Fantastic location (very central on a busy road) but it was amazing how quiet it was inside Riad Sheba. The building was beautiful. The staff were all so lovely and very friendly. They were very helpful giving us recommendations and helping with booking transfers etc. they were also very responsive ahead of the trip via email. The breakfast was great. Excellent value for money. We were a group of 3 and stayed in the ‘Fez’ room which had a double and sofa bed - all very comfortable.

Was hoping for hot water in the hot tub but it was cold water. It was a little difficult to get early breakfast (before 8:00). Only the night man was here to prepare. May be because of the off season.

Everything was perfect

We had the most amazing time at Riad Sheba. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everyone was friendly and helpful. The riad is just beautiful and so well kept, it was the perfect place for our stay The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable, we were very happy with how clean everything was always kept. The location was also ideal, only 15 mins from the airport and short easy distance to the souks, we could not have picked a better place. We would like to say a huge thank you to Jamal who was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jamal has definitely added to the experience and we are very happy to have met him We would 100% recommend anyone to stay at the riad and will definitely be coming back here in the near future. Thank you everyone for our amazing stay !

The staff were excellent especially Jamel who went above and beyond. Location was perfect only 7 mins from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Easy to find the Riad when out and about, safe and quiet.

The location of the Riad is perfect, it is quiet but you live in the middle of down town. We booked a driver from the airport which we recommend. The Riad is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed every minute in the room, the roof top and the patio. Also, the breakfast was perfect :) Especially Jamel made our stay more special and he helped us with everything! We really recommend the Riad :)

Road Sheba is absolutely charming. It is located just off a main road and is very central, it’s only 10 minutes walk to the square and Souks. You can also get to the new town easily too. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi to the airport on our leaving day and it turned up spot on time. The terrace areas are lovely to spend time relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. There’s a small pool/jacuzzi which we didn’t go in but it looks lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a good too, a mix of local Moroccan breads, yoghurt and eggs. I would most definitely recommend Road Sheba for a,stay in Marrakesh. We loved it.
