Lots of stairs but that is true of any Riad in the Old Medina. Staff carried luggage up - and breakfast to the roof top terrace.

Located in the heart of the Old Medina. When it mattered to me that my original room did not have a window, they worked to change that. Throughout staff took care of me - transferring luggage, carrying it up and down stairs, guiding me - and generally looking adfter a stranger. Lovely views from rooftop terrace.

My 80 yr old mum found the stairs difficult as there’s no handrail

Beautifully restored Riad in the medina. Comfortable bed and huge en-suite shower. Lovely roof terrace. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, very helpful. Plentiful and varied breakfast.

You can’t catch a taxi right to the door & the riad took some time to locate. You need to use Google maps. But when we left, the riad ordered us a taxi & the driver came to the riad to help carry our luggage 5 minutes to the car. Our room 5 had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which we contained by covering the sink, shower & toilet holes. But it’s an old building & if we wanted pristine, we could have stayed at a less central but more modern hotel.

The riad was located in the heart of the souq which made it very easy to get to cafes & places of interest. It is conveniently located to the main port Tangier Ville. We walked from port to the riad. It was a small riad with a lovely ambience & charming roof top terrace for breakfast. The staff were wonderfully helpful & the front desk was manned 24/7 - we especially loved Mohammed.

The room is very noisy at night, not an ideal for one who is a light sleeper like me :). Bathroom is very small and there's no shower curtain that after a shower you will find half of the the bathroom total wet. No TV in the room.

All of the staff are very helpful and kind. Nasir (hope I spell it right :)) even came outside of the medina to pick us up when we arrived because we had difficulty to find the Riad. Very rich and good breakfast served on a very beautiful rooftop. Internet connection is very strong.

They got us a taxi for the day we were leaving but the taxi driver was not able to find the car, somehow he got lost in the medina so we left him and got a taxi ourselves. However this has not affected the score as it is not about the property

Friendly staff who were very helpful. The manager was available when I arrived late and night and as the taxi could not drive into the Medina he collected me from the taxi drop off point.

A very nice cosy room but I thought the room was a little small for the price. The place was slightly difficult to find in the night but during day time was not so bad. and the taxi guy helped me when I reached late. I think all of the riads are like that in the old Medina.so not really a fault of the place.

The host was amazing. I reached late due to flight delay and he helped get some food as I was really hungry. He was very friendly and a superb host! The breakfast was great 👍 The location was very very good. It was easy to get airport transfer

Liked everything

I really could not fault it, perfectly happy with everything.it was located in heart of the Medina, so right in Old City. The rooms were all decorated in an individual style, with beautiful Morroccan colours. We had a fabulous, tasty traditional Breakfast, again 5stars in my opinion! But the best part of my too short stay, were the three lads at reception, Bills, Hamsa and Mohammad, what gems! They simply could not do enough to help. I would highly recommend this Riad, and I will be back!
