Riad Fes Colors & Spa is the place to go if you want to visit the Fes Medina. The Riad is VERY clean and is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious. The best thing was Yahya as he is an exceptional host, he took the time to show us the main spots to visit in the Medina and where to go. You will feel comfortable and welcomed during your stay at this Riad. The breakfast was also fresh and generous, and the staff was very polite. This place is highly reviewed for a reason because they are professional & they care. Highly recommended! 10/10.

Everything was really great, but I would say the best part of our stay was meeting Nabil and Mohammad, the brothers who own the Riad, true gentlemen.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. I have nothing negative to say at all.

We had a wonderful stay here. There is a generous hospitality at the Riad that comes through in everything they do. I needed to catch up on some work and when they realised this, a work-station tray arrived in my room (without me asking) that made it so much easier. The housekeeper tidied and cleaned every day. The bathroom is decorated in Moroccan style but is of hotel quality and very good. The room, despite being a budget room also had heating as well as air con which was appreciated in February! The riad is easy to get to - its 20m or less from the main road which makes it easy for taxis to drop you off and is 10 minutes walk to Bab Rcif, one of the main gates to the medina. This is important because the medina is like a rabbit warren and very difficult to navigate. We also had a meal there and truly, it was the best meal we had in 3 weeks in Morocco. There's a lot of care and attention here. They don't wait to be asked - they just notice and respond so that you have a very comfortable stay. The hosts are lovely and easy to chat to. It's was great to hear about the riad and their family background. It gave me a real sense of the history of the house, the family and Fez. They're also personable but not pushy. If you need to organise a tour or a trip to the desert, they can do it. All you have to do is ask - but they won't be trying to "sell" to you, which is unusual in Morocco and Fez in particular. We stayed for 3 nights and I was genuinely sorry to leave.

It was amazing, the kindness of the stuff, the confort. We felt in this family-hold riad like at home. We could use the kitchen and all the facilities were just perfect. We had the chance to use the hammam, great experience!

Staying at this Riad in Fez was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. The traditional architecture, combined with modern amenities, created a unique and luxurious experience. Nabil and Mohammed were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning on the picturesque courtyard. The location was ideal for exploring the Medina, with many attractions within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Fez!”

Both the rooms and the hosts were exceptional. The rooms were decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The Riad is also situated in a good location. It is a beautiful Riad with loveley owners! The breakfast was very nice and the rooms super clean. Also the location was perfect, very close to the medina, but not in the middle of it. Easy with parking our car. Can really recommend staying here!

Thank you! Staying here made a huge difference to out visit to Fes. Everything was lovely, it was the people that especially made a difference. This really is family run riad, the people who run it, grew up here. They were welcoming and helpful making our visit more enjoyable and easier. The breakfast was great. They even helped me get bissara, I really appreciated that, thank you 😊 The room was comfortable and very clean. There's a great view from the terrace, with good space for relaxing and seeing the sunset when you've been exploring all day. Bonus, it's really easy to get there even if you come by car. The riad is in the old town (where you want to be) but it's also a very short walk to a road so you can drive almost up to the riad. We had easy communication before arriving and they helped with the parking space. Thank you Nebil, Mohamed and Hürriye.

    There is nothing to dislike.

One of the best places I have ever experienced in Morocco. You will be staying in the home of the owners, who have taken every step to restore and to deliver an authentic experience. Yahya and his brother care about your stay. They will be there every morning asking you about your stay, your comfort and your overall plan. They will guide you to some of the best places to eat in the city. The rooms are magical, the mattresses is at its top! Are you looking for a comfortable stay? Look no further. The shower has better water pressure than my home! Hot continuous water and at a beat of a spa!

So the only thing that could present a slight issue are the stairs, but this comes with staying in a riad. Amazing to get your legs working, but for people with mobility issues, it might be an issue (and also if you have big suitcases) But I heard the team at the riad are trying to solve the issue!

Let's face it... Riad Fes Colors has sooo much to blow you away. The building, the rooms, but mainly the staff. These guys are so lovely, from organising transfer from the airport, a guided tour with a fantastic guide, providing a colourful and delicious breakfast every morning and just being all around lovely hosts who make you feel lole you are welcome and almost part of the family. Nothing is too much for them and they really thrive to help their guests! Oh and the location of the Riad is wonderful.. not in the middle of the Medina where you can easily get lost and where no cars can drive through but at its entrance which make it easier to find a taxi and the Medina is 5 minutes walk! Can't wait to stay there again!
