I chose it partly for the pool but it was too cold in January to swim. The host plans to install heating. No heatyinnroom but the blankets were warm enough. Respect for privacy much apprecybut I would have liked room cleaned and fresh sheets after a week

We wanted to visit Essaouira town and sleep at a quiet place instead of in the medina. This is a very relaxed and comfortable hotel with a nice room and good beds. We stayed for 2 nights and had diner here. The cook prepared us delicious kefta and couscous! The people here are all very friendly. We didn't use the pool itself, but sat on the terrace beside it. There's a nice garden too.

Amazing! I cannot fault this place at all

Lovely - friendly staff, they were so welcoming came all the way to the carpark to greet us and brought us into the riad. The cook (Amina) was so nice too! The riad was beautiful - we enjoyed the swimming pool and just sitting in the garden area was so peaceful. Lovely fresh breakfast was served to us. The staff were so helpful the gentleman told us about all the places we could visit the Madina was 20 mins drive from the riad so many shops and food places. Will definitely recommend this riad and will definitely be visiting again!

The only small issue was the Wi-Fi not reaching our room but the signal was good in the main areas including the garden. The 3 person room is a little tight for 3 adults.

Beautiful grounds. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful owners. A beach where you can learn to surf cheaply is just a 15 mins drive.

We loved staying here. The garden is peaceful and the house stylish and traditional and very clean. I enjoyed the pool. The good is fresh and delicious and they do serve nice wine and beer and welcome mint tea with biscuits. They are very helpful and friendly It’s nice to stay outside the town for the rural contrast. They have a secure car park. We would recommend the Riad to anyone

A lovely family-run Riad. The owners, Nico and Adrie, really care that you have a lovely stay. They are both kind and caring and make sure that you are looked after. The breakfast is superb and lovely to take outside by the pool. We had one of the Bungalows and it was the perfect size with 2 children. The gardens are really well kept and this is an oasis and a short drive to Essaouira or other beaches. We had dinner at Riad Titima on one evening and it was well-priced as well as delicious; it was lovely to have the open fire on as it was starting to get a little chilly and gave a lovely atmosphere in the dining room. Nico educated my son on the game of petanque and our boys enjoyed making use of the this. My youngest son and I were ill after eating out and they were all very kind in making sure they did all they could to help, as did their lovely children. The Moroccan staff are fantastic and are treated as part of the team. It was nice to be asked by the gardener if I was feeling better and shows that they all work together and there is a lovely equality amongst all at Riad Titima. We loved this place and would definitely return. The hosts, the staff and the family atmosphere are fantastic to be around and it similarly attracts interesting and warm guests as well. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Perfectly situated just outside essaouira with easy access to sidi kalki for beach and surf this is a paradise. Nicholas and his team are exceptional, we felt welcomed into the family the moment we arrived! The food was some of the best we had in Morocco with a great fusion of modern and traditional. The chef Sam was kind and welcoming and the whole property just had a great vibe and meant it was more social amongst the guests but easily not if you’d rather solitude. We were sad to leave after just two nights. The pétanque and pool opportunities are not to be missed.

Riad Titima is such a nice place to stay, very relaxing and welcoming. Daniel and Esham were incredible hosts and we had a very enjoyable stay and ate some delicious food each evening. We will be returning definitely next time in Essaouira.

We loved our stay here! Strongly recommend! An oasis near enough to the coast but not in the chaos. Very pretty riad and surrounding grounds. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing, peaceful vibe. Owner and his staff are fantastic; so friendly and helpful. Appreciated the beach recommendation. And the meals were so tasty! (Breakfast included) When heading to Essaouira, this is a must-stay!!

Hands down one of the loveliest, pint-sized riads where we stayed in the Essaouira area. A good number of the places to hang your hat near Essaouira are owned and run by haughty French colonials and we’ve been very disappointed over and over again about how poorly and disrespectfully many of these proprietors treat their Moroccan staff. This was definitely NOT the case here, we are happy to say! It felt like one big family. Daniel the proprietor is an absolute doll. An utterly charming and genuinely a good egg. Kudos all around! Be sure to go for the delicious seafood dinner while you’re here. We will be back and bring our friends and fam!

Everything was perfect.

12 days of travelling with kids across Morocco, 12 quite nice places to stay but this one was exceptional. If we could, we would have definitely stayed longer. Oasis of tranquility and comfort. The bungalo was fantastic, spacious and tastefully decorated. The garden invites to loose yourself there with a good book. The pool is lovely. We booked a dinner which was amazing. Daniel is a great host! Would love to stay here again. Thank you!
